Why Do I Insist on Using Top-Grade Engines in Export Impact Rammers? Unveiling the Durability Truth Behind the Power System

MTQT Jan,19 2026 4

‌In the machinery trade circle, I often face the pressure of low-price competition. Some manufacturers, in an effort to cut costs, would install some untraceable cheap engines on the impact hammers. I always reject such proposals directly. I tell my team and my clients: The engine is the soul of the impact hammer. I will never compromise on the soul. I insist on using top-level power systems like Honda or Robin in the export models. This is because I have a profound understanding of durability.

Firstly, I consider "the ability to survive in extreme environments". I have personally visited construction sites in Africa and the Middle East, where the temperature often exceeds 40 degrees Celsius. I found that those cheap engines would lose power after working for less than two hours and would even seize due to poor heat dissipation. But the top four-stroke engines I chose have the design of my highly trusted heat sinks and precise valve structure. I have tested it, and even after continuous high-load operation for 8 hours under the scorching sun, its output remained as stable as when it was just started. I chose this engine to ensure that when you are on a remote construction site, the machine won't leave you in a situation of work stoppage due to "heatstroke".

I also want to talk about "fuel efficiency and emissions". I have found that the current international engineering tenders have increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection. The top engine I selected has an advanced combustion chamber design. I have calculated that it can save about 15% of fuel compared to ordinary engines. What you save is not only the fuel cost, but also helps you obtain the "entrance ticket" to enter the high-end market. What I value more is its starting reliability. I have personally compared them, and the carburetor design of the top engine is extremely exquisite. Even in the cold morning, I only need to gently pull the start rope to hear the clear and rhythmic roar. I insist on this high standard because I know that in export business, the most expensive cost is actually "after-sales maintenance". By using top-level engines, I help you extinguish the fire of faults at the source.
