Four-stroke or two-stroke? Let me help you end the "century-old debate" about the power of vibratory rammers

‌In the selection of impact hammers, the debate between two-stroke and four-stroke engines has been ongoing for decades. I have noticed that many buyers are still struggling with this issue. Today, from the perspective of a mechanical expert, using my practical experience of handling thousands of machines, I will completely settle this topic for you. I will not only tell you the differences between the two types, but also explain to you why the four-stroke models now occupy an absolute majority in my export list.

First, let's review the era of two-stroke impact hammers. I admit that two-stroke machines have an inherent advantage in power density. They have a simple structure and because they don't have an independent lubrication system, you can place them at any angle on the construction site without worrying about oil leakage. But I have found a fatal weakness: it is extremely dependent on manual fuel mixing. I have seen too many construction workers ruin the entire engine within minutes because they forgot the oil ratio or failed to add oil. I refuse to let my clients bear the high cost of this "human error".

The reason why I am now fully recommending four-stroke impact hammers is because I have witnessed the evolution of technology. The four-stroke engine I selected has an independent lubrication system. I no longer need you to bother to mix the fuel. You just need to add pure gasoline to the fuel tank and add oil to the oil tank. I have studied its emission curve, and four-stroke machines are not only quieter but also don't have that pungent blue smoke. I value its torque performance more. I have found that the four-stroke engine can unleash huge power at low speeds, which makes the impact hammer jump more steadily and powerfully when facing hard ground. Through this selection suggestion, I am actually helping you reduce maintenance difficulty. I tell you that unless you are working on an extremely inclined slope, I will always recommend you to choose the four-stroke model. With my professional judgment, I have chosen a more convenient and environmentally friendly future for you.
