The large-displacement main pump has a 7.1% increase in displacement compared to the main pumps of competing products. It adopts a plunger wrapped sliding shoe, 21° swing Angle technology, compact structure and high power density.

The main valve body is made of vermicular graphite cast iron material, which has better shock absorption and thermal conductivity. The tendency of shrinkage porosity is small, avoiding the valve core from getting stuck. It has undergone 3 million impact tests on the ultra-high pressure durability test bench, ensuring a longer service life.

The body reinforcement is highly efficient and reliable

The working device structure has been newly upgraded, with a lifespan of over 15,000 hours. The hinge point of the boom is optimized, featuring a large cross-section three-section structure design and overall annealing treatment, reducing the stress by 58%.

The hinge point of the bucket arm has been optimized and upgraded to increase the digging force and optimize the cylinder interlock. The front and rear axle seats are designed with widened opening gears and thickened side plates. Through full data tests under actual mining conditions and rigorous durability tests, its high reliability is ensured, and its overall strength and rigidity are extremely strong
