First of all, it is necessary to carry out daily maintenance of construction machinery and equipment well. Drivers of construction machinery should regularly carry out comprehensive maintenance and repair of the machinery, promptly replace the "three filters" of the engine and the engine oil, replace or adjust the belts, and check whether the performance of the fan, radiator, generator and compressor is reliable. Maintenance, repair or replacement should be carried out when necessary.
Secondly, for machinery that operates for long periods of time, it is necessary to increase the viscosity grade of the engine oil and at the same time check whether the cooling system and fuel system are unobstructed. Also, replace the aged wires, plugs, oil pipes, screws and tighten the fuel lines to prevent fuel leakage. Also, clean the oil stains and dust on the engine body to ensure that the engine operates "lightly" and has good heat dissipation. The engine oil and lubricating oil in all parts need to be replaced with summer oil and replenished in time.
Thirdly, it is necessary to replenish the battery fluid in a timely manner and ensure that all circuit connections are firm and reliable. In addition, aged circuits need to be replaced, and the capacity of fuses should meet the requirements for safe use, etc.
Finally, when the work is halted, it is recommended that you park the construction machinery and equipment in a shady place as much as possible to avoid direct sunlight on the machine body. Also, appropriately reduce the tire pressure to prevent sudden blowouts during operation.
