Rail mode cement concrete paver

The track mode paver is a paving train composed of a paver, a surface straightening machine, a finishing machine, etc., as shown in the figure. During construction, when the train passes over the track formwork, a running track can be laid out. The rail formwork is both the running track of the train and the template of the cement concrete. The paver is equipped with a paver (also known as a spreader), which is used to evenly spread the cement concrete dumped on the roadbed at a certain thickness. When the paver is laying cement concrete, the track formwork remains stationary.

The track mode paver has a simple structure, but it is very inconvenient to lay and adjust the track during the paving operation.

The domestic C-450 rail mode paver is an integrated type, consisting of the main trolley trolley truss, outriggers, trolley working device and camber adjustment mechanism. The working device consists of a right helical blade, a leveling roller and a floating drag plate. The trolley working device automatically runs back and forth within the main trolley truss to perform operations, completing processes such as spreading, vibrating, compacting, leveling, and surface forming. The entire machine can be towed and transferred by a vehicle.
