Recently, it has developed a new control system, the Liebherr Demolition Operation Electronic Control System (LDC), which will be applied to all of the company's C series excavators for demolition operations.

Liebherr's electronic control system for Demolition Operations (LDC) can ensure the best operational safety of excavators within a 360 ° range. Through an automatic monitoring and limit device, the movement and tilt Angle of the equipment operation are automatically controlled to fully ensure the stability and safety of the excavator during operation. This system consists of a control unit, a display in the cab and a triangular transmitter for excavator stability monitoring.

This sensor acquires and transmits the current equipment status and calculates relevant safety data. The limit device controls the equipment to always be in a stable state. The Angle monitor shows the Angle of the excavator relative to the ground (+/-5º). If it exceeds the range, the display will give a timely warning to remind the operator to take appropriate action.

Liebherr's electronic control system for Dismantling Operations (LDC) offers two operation modes. The "limit" mode can restrict the movement position of additional tooling. The "Monitoring" mode can monitor the movement of the working device without any restrictions.
