Annual output value of 10 billion! Sany International's "Lighthouse Factory" in Xi 'an has been put into operation!

From April 8th to 9th, the 2023 first-quarter key project observation delegation of Shaanxi Province visited the intelligent manufacturing industrial park of Sany Intelligent Equipment Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Sany International, to inspect and research the project construction situation.

The project is located in Fengxi New City, Xixian New Area, Xi 'an City, covering an area of 867.8 mu. It was signed in March last year and started construction on July 31. On March 30 this year, the first piece of equipment rolled off the production line, demonstrating the "Shaanxi efficiency" and "Sany Speed".

The entire project mainly produces mining wide-body trucks and hydraulic supports. After reaching full production capacity, it can achieve an annual output of 12,000 sets of hydraulic supports and 6,000 wide-body dump trucks. The planned annual output value will reach 10 billion yuan, and the annual tax payment is approximately 600 million yuan. It is of great significance for enhancing the production capacity of wide-body dump trucks in China and promoting the development of the mining industry.

The towering palm trees, the "bustling" koi pond, the production robots waving their arms, the numbers on the data management screen constantly jumping, from steel to mining vehicles... Entering this spacious and bright "lighthouse factory", a harmonious scene where ecology and production complement each other is truly admirable.

It is reported that this factory building is approximately 600 meters long and 20 meters high, with a construction area of 267,000 square meters. It is one of the largest consortium factory buildings of Sany Group. The factory encompasses intelligent production lines such as a warehousing center, a blanking center, a machining center, and an assembly center, and extensively applies technologies like visual recognition, automatic grasping, multi-machine collaboration, and intelligent process databases.

After the project is completed, it will effectively drive the aggregation of upstream and downstream industries of construction machinery, inject strong impetus into the construction of the main window of the Qinchuangyuan, and help Xi 'an and even Shaanxi Province build an industrial ecosystem cluster of high-end equipment manufacturing and establish a new pattern of coordinated development of the industry's industrial chain.

This project is also another major investment project of Sany Group in Shaanxi Province following the implementation of the Sany Xi 'an Industrial Park series of projects.
