At the exhibition site, Yuanchun mobile power vehicles and Yuanchun energy replenishment power stations made a grand debut and release. They replace traditional diesel generators with alcohol-hydrogen electric generator sets, which are environmentally friendly, efficient and economical, providing a brand-new operation solution for the power generation industry.

    The Yuan Chun mobile power supply vehicle is not picky about the site and does not rely on the power grid. It uses green methanol fuel for mobile power supply and can continuously replenish energy for 24 hours. One vehicle solves the problem of difficult charging and energy replenishment for new energy electric vehicles during holiday travel peaks and in remote areas. The vehicle is equipped with a 320kW alcohol-hydrogen electric generator set, which adopts lean-burn technology and a high compression ratio and high swirl combustion chamber structure. The cylinder head cover, oil pan, crankway and other components are designed with lightweight and modular features. It achieves efficient combustion and low-carbon operation, reducing NOx by ≥98%, PM by ≥97%, and CO by ≥93%, and has better economic efficiency. The power generation cost of mobile power supply vehicles is more than 50% lower than that of diesel.

    The Yuan Chun mobile power supply vehicle is equipped with 1 4-gun charging pile. The charging pile dynamically adjusts the charging parameters based on the data provided by the electric vehicle battery management system. It supports the optional AC grid connection power supply function. The configured charging pile can support a maximum output current of 250A and a maximum output power of 320kw. It can charge 4 electric vehicles at the same time, and the charging pile is built into the vehicle compartment. Flexible deployment and available at any time. Multiple noise reduction designs (such as impedance composite mufflers, vibration isolation soft pads, optimized air ducts, and sandwich compartment structures) effectively ensure the quietness of the charging environment.

    Yuan Chun Energy Replenishment Power Station

In response to the power supply demands of specific scenarios such as oil fields, the Yuan Chun Energy Replenishment Power Station adopts a distributed multi-unit alcohol-hydrogen electric system connected to the grid. It features stable output and a lower TCO cost, with an operating cost of 1.14 yuan per kWh. Calculated based on an annual operating duration of 6,000 hours, the alcohol-hydrogen electric charging piles save 2.894 million yuan in fuel costs annually compared to diesel charging piles. It can earn another energy replenishment station after running for one year.

Remote alcohol-hydrogen electric power has multiple outstanding advantages: In terms of technological innovation, it applies high compression ratio, high-energy ignition, high swirl combustion chamber, optimized intake and exhaust, and turbocharging and intercooling technologies to achieve efficient combustion and strong power. In terms of economy, combustion is precisely optimized through technologies such as theoretical air-fuel ratio closed-loop control, providing a high cost-performance ratio and low usage cost experience. It has a wide range of application scenarios. It is not only compatible with various commercial vehicles, but also successfully applied to construction machinery such as excavators, loaders and cranes, as well as mining trucks, ships and generator sets, providing high-value solutions for the all-scenario application of new energy.

    Especially in the field of shipping, the remote alcohol-hydrogen electric ship solution covers ship types ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 tons. Compared with pure electric solutions, it has a longer range and lower initial investment. It can achieve clean electric drive in coastal waters, rivers and lakes, enjoy policy subsidies, and is the preferred power for green shipping. Take an 80-meter 2,000-ton inland waterway distribution vessel as an example. It is equipped with 2× 280KW-class alcohol-hydrogen electric vehicles, 290kWh batteries, and 300kW dual motors. Compared with diesel, the fuel cost is reduced by nearly 50%. Compared with pure electric vessels, the increased cost of the power system can be recovered within five years.
