The three-axle rigid mine car adopts the fully welded frame anti-fatigue optimization technology. The crossbeam and longitudinal beam of the frame form a closed structure. The longitudinal beams are of box section structure, and the crossbeams are in the form of torsional tubes, which can eliminate the sources of bending and cracking stress concentration. The frame is made of high-quality low-alloy high-strength steel. 100% of the important welds are ultrasonically inspected, and all key welds are fully welded through, which fully ensures the reliability of the frame.
The cargo box adopts a lightweight design. The bottom plate and side plates of the cargo box are both made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, which is resistant to cracking, deformation and expansion. Both side panels and the front panel of the cargo box are reinforced with thick reinforcing ribs. The tires are selected from the large-diameter engineering radial tires to ensure sufficient ground adhesion, providing greater traction for the entire machine and a comprehensive service life of over 8 years.
