    The Komatsu PC240-11M0 has a working weight of 24,800kg to 25,400kg and a bucket capacity of 1.2 to 1.5 cubic meters. It is mainly suitable for earthwork and sand and gravel operations, as well as auxiliary crushed stone operations, and features stronger durability and higher reliability.

    High-efficiency intelligent control and energy-saving upgrade. The Komatsu PC240-11M0 is equipped with a 141.2kW engine that meets the non-road National IV emission standards, and its power is 9% higher than that of the PC220-8M0. In combination with the 12% expanded main pump and the CLASS closed central load sensing system, the smoothness of compound actions is optimized, hydraulic pressure loss is reduced, and the combined fuel consumption is lowered by 7% (compared with PC220-8M0). The original imported main valve and scientific pipeline layout further ensure hydraulic efficiency and meet the requirements of continuous operation.

The 5.85-meter boom and 3.045-meter bucket rod adopt a local plate thickening process, significantly enhancing their wear resistance. The chassis has been upgraded to a configuration of 8 heavy wheels on one side and 2 idler wheels, paired with double-toothed tracks and an inclined track frame, which enhances grip while reducing mud and sand accumulation. The turntable has been optimized through 3D CAD finite element analysis, significantly enhancing the overall structural rigidity and durability, thus adapting to the challenges of complex working conditions.

    Intelligent protection, safe driving, and efficient enjoyment. The cab is standardly equipped with a ROPS rolman protection structure and five LED lighting  fixtures, significantly enhancing safety and visibility during night operations. The 7-inch LCD screen integrates a reversing camera and energy-saving reminder functions, and supports one-click switching among six operation modes, precisely adapting to different working conditions. The one-click force application function on the left handle can temporarily increase the digging force. Combined with the audio-visual system, water cup holder and other humanized designs, it takes into account both efficiency and operational comfort.

    KOMTRAX system, the "guardian" of equipment management, ensures the smooth progress of construction. Meanwhile, in conjunction with the equipment management monitoring system (EMMS), the operation status and anomalies of the vehicles are all under control.
