The Yuchai YCK15N engine has been awarded the title of "Market Pioneer" by China Source Power

The Yuchai YCK15N gas engine has a displacement of 14.8 liters. The vehicle accelerates quickly, delivers smooth output, and climbs slopes easily. It is the preferred power for long-distance composite transport tractors.

In terms of power performance, the engine has a maximum power of 570 horsepower and a maximum torque of 2,750 N·m. Under conditions such as overtaking and climbing slopes, it can reduce the need for gear shifting operations, ensuring a worry-free ride. Meanwhile, at 800 RPM at low speed, the torque reaches 2,400 N·m, allowing for smooth driving during start-up and acceleration.

In terms of economy, the engine has a minimum specific gas consumption of 181g/kW·h, offering a wider range of economic gas consumption. After being customized and matched by Yuchai's professional dynamic transmission system, the gas consumption of the entire vehicle in the comparison test is 2-3kg/100km lower than that of competing products.

In terms of reliability, the engine has undergone over 15,000 hours of bench reliability verification and more than 10 million kilometers of vehicle cumulative verification, with a B10 lifespan of 1.8 million kilometers. By applying technologies such as Yuchai cooling technology, EGR anti-icing design, valve torsion design, and cold start design, the reliability of the product can be significantly enhanced and its service life can be prolonged.

In terms of comfort, the engine adopts active noise reduction technology and advanced sound insulation materials, with noise levels 2.7 to 4.4dB(A) lower than those of competing products.

In terms of lightweighting, the engine adopts a structured design and uses lightweight materials such as cast aluminum parts, making the overall weight the lightest in the industry.

In terms of safety, the engine adopts high-power in-cylinder braking technology and applies flame-retardant materials to the electrical system, significantly enhancing the safety factor for customers during use.
