Equipment model: Caterpillar 390F excavator

Installation model: ALP1026 centralized lubrication system

The Caterpillar excavator 390F has a total of 11 lubrication points. The lubrication pump adopts the ALP1026 series pump station, which is highly efficient and compact in size. The distributor uses two sets of progressive distributors. The main lubrication pipeline is made of wear-resistant resin pipe and is equipped with a metal hose for protection. The oil distribution pipe is made of steel pipe.

Pump station installation

The fixed plates of the pumping station are fixed by welding. After installation, it does not interfere with other components. The pumping station is operating normally, the grease is being extracted normally, and there is no leakage at each joint.

Distributor installation

The first set of distributors provides lubrication for the boom cylinder and the four lubrication points at the root of the boom. The distributor is fixed by welding.

The second set of distributors provides lubrication for seven lubrication points at various parts such as the ball head of the large arm cylinder, the bucket rod cylinder, the junction of the bucket rods, the connection between the bucket rod and the bucket, and the bucket cylinder.
