Orders are full and production is busy! CRRC Heavy Industry activates its "red engine" and is in full swing with production!

In the first half of 2022, the newly signed contract value of CRRC Heavy Industry increased significantly, growing by 33.24% year-on-year. The orders on hand are full. At present, it is the peak production period. To enhance production and delivery capabilities and meet customer demands, the production support system of CRRC Heavy Industry has established "Party Member Assault Teams" and "Youth Assault Teams", using the "red engine" to gather powerful forces. In the passionate August, production is in full swing!

In the tunnel boring machine assembly workshop, mechanical equipment is swinging its huge arms, delivery vehicles are shuttling back and forth, and the emergency response team members are working day and night to ensure the timely delivery of products.

It is understood that the production plan for tunnel boring machines has been scheduled until the end of the year. In August, CRRC Heavy Industry is scheduled to deliver multiple overseas pieces of equipment. The team specially established the "Overseas Iron Army Party Member Assault Team", with one team for each project and each process. They made advanced overall arrangements for personnel, venues and materials, and meticulously coordinated the processes to ensure that the equipment passed the acceptance inspection with high quality. The earth pressure balance shield machine applied in the Indian metro project has been packed and sent to the port, while the slurry pressure balance shield machine used in the Singapore cross-sea tunnel project is being disassembled.

At present, the Large shield team of the Tunnel Boring Machine General Factory is undertaking the production tasks of several key and difficult large-diameter shield machines. The team mobilized 38 young employees and formed two "Youth Vanguard Teams". They set monthly assault goals, fought with a clear plan, and made every effort to sprint.

The open-type large-diameter TBM for the plateau railway project has entered the stage of disassembly and shipment. Facing the high standards set by the complex construction environment, the team rose to the challenge, formulated a project incentive mechanism, and maximized the enthusiasm of the members of the assault team. During the TBM assembly process, the Party members took the lead in overcoming the 40-degree Celsius high temperature and completed the installation of the hydraulic pipelines and water and gas pipelines of the main beam platform in just 8 days. The young members of the Communist Youth League voluntarily offered to take on the task of lifting the shield body.

In addition, several shield machines for the plateau railway project are currently undergoing sub-assembly and debugging.

At the end of June, CRRC Heavy Industry received multiple orders for complete sets of tunneling and anchoring equipment. The production support system was busy with fulfilling the orders and production.

The "command gun" was fired, and the Special Equipment General Factory established a "Party member + youth" emergency team for the production and supply guarantee of roadsters. Eight Party members and 37 young League members all took the stage in unison.

The team members formulated a detailed task progress schedule, clearly defined the responsible persons and completion times for each process node, worked backward from the deadline, and solidified responsibilities.

Several sets of equipment have now completed the entire production process and been delivered off the production line, which can achieve the goal of on-time delivery.

In the manufacturing workshop of the First industrial Park of CRRC Heavy Industry in Changsha, the Intelligent Team One of the manufacturing General Plant is specifically responsible for the welding of core components such as main drives and gearboxes. Since April, the team has established a "Youth Assault Team" and has completed the production tasks of core components for multiple projects in total.

The slurry shield machine applied in the intercity project is a key piece of equipment. The Intelligent Team One undertakes the task of manufacturing its main drive, and the assault team has deployed a large number of outstanding skilled personnel for processing and manufacturing.

In July, the first intelligent class completed the production of main drive gearboxes for multiple devices, with a total welding volume of 280 tons of structural components. Sparks flew, arcs shone, and welding robots danced around.

The large-diameter TBM of the Plateau Railway project has a digging diameter of 10.23 meters and a total weight of 280 tons for the cutter head. The Party members of the first intelligent team led the League members, and the machines kept running. The workshop was constantly filled with people. The production of the equipment cutter head has entered the riveting and welding process.
