Lift! It is a relatively common and very important hoisting method for hoisting projects. By rationally distributing the weight of the lifted object, the weight borne by the lifting vehicles is all within their respective allowable lifting range, and the lifting task is completed through cooperation.

It seems very simple, but as everyone can see, lifting is one of the hoisting tasks with the highest frequency of accidents, and it's always a case of "misfortunes never come singly". If one crane malfunctions, most of the others will be affected.

After receiving the hoisting task for the water supply booster station in Suixi County, Zhanjiang City, two powerful hoisting companies in Maoming City joined forces. From the selection of hoisting equipment, the choice of hoisting personnel to on-site investigation and the formulation of hoisting plans, they did not dare to be the least bit slack.

After repeated calculations, to ensure the project's absolute success, the two 100-ton crane brothers, XCMG XCA300 and XCA400, were finally selected and shouldered the heavy responsibility. As a commander gave the signal, the two huge machines almost synchronously extended their arms, lifted the hook, lowered the hook, changed the amplitude and rotated. The luffing compensation at the moment of lifting, the rotational stability during the hoisting process, and the smooth control of the boom extension and retraction of XCMG cranes have frequently made efforts and proven successful in the "lifting and hoisting" project of cranes.

In Shijiazhuang, four XCMG cranes ranging from 200 to 400 tons were lined up in four directions and operated continuously for six hours, jointly completing the demolition task of a 300-ton overpass.

At a derrick assembly site in Juye County, Dongheze City, the booms of two super-large tonnage cranes, XCMG XCA600 and XCA500, were suspended high, followed closely by a group of colleagues. The XCMG crane group worked in coordination, and in just one day, they made the "steel giant" with a total weight of 520 tons stand tall and proud!

In a large shipyard in Anhui Province, two XCA300s worked closely together. A 240-ton gantry crane lifted 44 meters and moved freely.

In conclusion, the risk factor of lifting is very high and must be taken seriously. The crane operators have summarized the following points to note when lifting:

1. It is essential to have unified command and orders. The commander should stand in a position visible to both drivers of the two vehicles. This is very important.

2. It is essential to conduct strict load distribution calculations and accurately identify the lifting points. It's really important not to rely on experience or make decisions based on intuition.

3. The load of the cranes involved in lifting shall not exceed 80% of the rated lifting capacity of a single crane. (This is even more important.
