How to disassemble the hydraulic transmission device of a forklift?

The decomposition process of the hydraulic transmission device is:

1. Remove the hydraulic transmission device from the flywheel housing, then take off the connecting bolts between the pump wheel and the flywheel from the flywheel box, and remove the hydraulic torque converter from the flywheel box.

2. Remove the isolation plate from the transfer case housing.

3. Remove the clutch assembly and output shaft from the transfer case.

4. Remove the oil pipe, the distributor transmission rod, the hydraulic transmission accessory plate and other components.

5. Remove the gear pump.

After disassembling the hydraulic torque converter, it should be cleaned respectively as appropriate.
