Overall machine inspection and precautions

1. Inspect and clean the air intake protection grille

2. Inspect the radiator group and clear the blockages in the series gap. Excavators weighing 50 tons or more can utilize the fan reverse blowing function 

of the equipment to reverse blow once before the end of each workday

3. Check whether the sealing sponge and baffles around the radiator group are normal.

4. When willow catkins are flying and insects are breeding, the radiator should be cleaned once every three days.

5. Adjust the tension of the fan belt to an appropriate level. If the belt ages, replace it in time.

6. Check the coolant level and replenish it in time. If it reaches the replacement cycle, replace it promptly.

7. If the equipment gives a high water temperature alarm, it should be shut down in time for inspection or reported for repair.

8. Switch to the summer oil usage mode.

Inspection and precautions for air conditioning systems

1.Regularly clean or replace the fresh air filter and return air filter.

2. Regularly clean the exterior of the air conditioner condenser, especially remove the blockages and dust in the series gap of the radiator.

3. Check and adjust the tension of the air conditioning compressor belt to an appropriate level;

4. Check whether the pipelines of the air conditioning system are normal.

5. If the air conditioner does not cool properly, it should be checked in time or the air conditioning system should be re-evacuated and refilled with 

refrigerant.
