Yuchai harvester power × Liugong sugarcane harvester, facilitating the mechanization of the "sweet business"

When it comes to sugarcane in the world, look to China; when it comes to sugarcane in China, look to Guangxi. Recently, in order to promote the full mechanization of sugarcane harvesting, Yuchai and Liugong, leveraging the advantages and sense of responsibility of local enterprises, have jointly developed 100 sugarcane harvesters equipped with Yuchai YCA05 engines, contributing to the mechanization of the "sweet" industry in Guangxi.

The sugarcane harvester of Liugong Agricultural Machinery equipped with Yuchai YCA05 engine is another new product launched since the comprehensive strategic cooperation between Yuchai and Liugong was implemented. At present, the market share of Liugong Agricultural Machinery's sugarcane harvesters matched with Yuchai has reached over 95%.

The Liugong S718 sugarcane harvester is designed for the hilly terrain of Guangxi. It features high flexibility in turning and reversing. Paired with the Yuchai YCA05 harvester, it has a larger power reserve, stronger low-speed torque, and lower fuel consumption. It solves the problems of difficult sugarcane harvesting caused by high and uneven mountainous terrain, greatly improving the harvesting efficiency. Its excellent performance has been unanimously recognized by customers.

To ensure the mechanized harvesting of sugarcane, Yuchai has established emergency rescue teams in key areas of Guangxi, such as Fusui, Chongzuo, Nanning, Liuzhou, Guigang and Laibin, and dispatched professional service engineers to provide full support throughout the process.
