The 980FRMAX+ adopts the new generation of IPC2.0 electronic control system, matching a large-displacement electronic control main pump and an optimized main valve, achieving efficient and precise control of the hydraulic system. This not only reduces fuel consumption but also enhances the overall operational efficiency of the machine.

High-power engine

Equipped with a 563kW high-power Cummins engine, it is not picky about fuel quality, does not burn urea, and has no post-processing unit. It not only has strong power but also has a lower operating cost. The diesel tank volume has been increased to 1100L, providing stronger endurance and no fear of long-term operation challenges.

Reinforced chassis and rotary platform

It adopts configurations such as dual hydraulic variable-speed fans and oil bath air filters to reduce maintenance costs and enhance reliability. The enhanced chassis structure, three-stage track change design and the brand-new heavy-duty drive wheels enable the 980FRMAX+ to maintain stable performance and continuous output even under complex working conditions.

Exclusive design for rock arms

The force-bearing parts of the rock arm are reinforced with high-strength steel, the working device is shortened and iron sand (cement) is added inside the box, which greatly increases the excavation force and penetration force. It is suitable for crushing rock strata with a hardness of no more than 30Mpa, such as medium and highly weathered rocks and sandstone, and can meet the requirements of various harsh working conditions.

Special upgrade points of the model

The brand-new heavy-duty drive wheel has a widened and thickened tooth profile, featuring high strength, wear resistance and a long service life.

The bottom reinforcing ribs of the track guard are designed from a straight line to a curved shape. During the excavator's movement, it is convenient for crushed stones and mud to be discharged and crushed along the curved part, avoiding the jamming of stones or hard objects between the track guard and the track plate.
