It was developed earliest and has the longest verification time

As early as 2018, Liugong began its research and development and reserve in the "National IV" field, being the earliest construction machinery enterprise in the industry to start this research. Liugong's National IV excavators, based on a well-tested power platform, are combined with the iterative technologies of the fourth and fifth stages of non-road use in Europe and the National VI stage of vehicle use. They have achieved significant breakthroughs in issues such as "fuel economy" and "high efficiency", truly integrating the "dual carbon" concept and realizing green, low-carbon and sustainable development.

Based on this, in 2019, Liugong conducted on-site working condition tests for all its series of National IV excavators across the country. It successfully overcame extreme working conditions at an altitude of 4,500 meters, in extremely cold conditions of -45℃, and under heavy load conditions, etc. The cumulative verification time exceeded 20,000 hours, and the verification time for each single machine exceeded 2,000 hours!

Take the newly launched new-generation F series model 926F MAX+ as an example. It inherits the powerful genes of the E series and has undergone reliable test work in complex working conditions in mines. It has passed the rigorous test with a single machine for up to over 6,000 hours. It has strong handling and an average fuel consumption that is 20% lower than that of other similar products.

Contactless regeneration, more intelligent post-processing system

After the official implementation of the "National IV" emission standards, the essential post-treatment system for National IV models is crucial to the overall operation of the machines. The Liugong National IV excavator is equipped with a globally leading post-treatment system, which has been fully verified in the European and American markets. It comes with an imperceptible soot cleaning function, eliminating the need for a dedicated shutdown. During operation, intelligent regeneration can be completed, effectively extending the machine's working time and significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

In addition, in the SCR selective catalytic reduction system, urea serves as a catalyst to reduce harmful nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas into nitrogen and water, thereby meeting environmental protection requirements. The post-treatment system of Liugong excavators adopts the efficient SCR technology route, which can achieve high-precision urea injection, reducing the risk of crystallization while being more economical.

Therefore, when shutting down, the urea solution needs to be pumped back to prevent it from remaining in the system pipelines and protect the post-treatment system.
