Qitai hydraulic sensors can be mass-produced

The scale of the construction machinery industry in Changsha ranks first in the country, but key components such as hydraulic sensors have long relied on imports. Today, reporters learned from Hunan Qitai Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. that the company's independently developed hydraulic sensor assembly line is expected to achieve mass production this month and can meet the hydraulic sensor matching demands of the construction machinery industry in Changsha and even the whole country.

Last year, the total output value of the construction machinery industry chain in Changsha exceeded 200 billion yuan, accounting for 23% of the output value of China's construction machinery industry. However, at present, the key components of construction machinery in our province have not been fully domesticated, and hydraulic sensors are one of them. Qitai Sensing Company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of metal-based thin-film pressure-sensitive chips and precision sensors. The company has overcome the key processes and technologies of heterogeneous membranes and was the first to apply them to the production of metal-based thin-film pressure-sensitive chips, laying a foundation for the localization of pressure sensors in high-end equipment application fields. Wang Guoqiu, the chairman of the company, said that the annual demand for hydraulic sensors of construction machinery in Hunan is 600,000 units. After the company's current commissioning of the assembly line equipment reaches full production capacity, it can produce 2 million units annually.

Wu Jingsheng, the executive vice president and secretary-general of the Changsha Construction Machinery Association, introduced that the quality of Qitai products is not inferior to that of world-class products. To enhance the local supporting rate, the association recently organized leading construction machinery enterprises such as Zoomlion to sign contracts and develop mainframe parts enterprises in a coordinated manner. Changsha has issued an initiative to "jointly build a world-class construction machinery industrial cluster", striving to achieve a "one-hour industrial logistics circle" accounting for 70% of the procurement share within five years and cultivate a number of parts and components supporting enterprises with a scale of 1 billion yuan.

It is understood that the chip production line of Qitai Sensing Company can currently produce 3,000 chips per day, with a chip yield rate exceeding 90%. The hydraulic sensor production line with chips as the main carrier is undergoing the final optimization of equipment installation and commissioning, and it is expected to form large-scale production capacity this month
