On the first day of the exhibition, November 26th, all eyes were on the XCMG booth. The XCMG G series excavators, which represent the most advanced technology in the field of excavating machinery, truly took the center stage.

By adopting more advanced control technologies, lower fuel consumption and higher operational efficiency have been achieved. Strengthen the intelligent attributes of the product and build a brand-new health management system for excavators. Through in-depth research on iterative capabilities such as value enhancement, a brand-new family industrial exterior design and a brand-new car-like handling environment have been created, bringing customers an unprecedented driving and riding experience... The XCMG G series products, with their distinct advantages, feature 56 core technologies, fully achieving greater reliability, higher efficiency and greater energy conservation.

As a representative product of XCMG's G series, the XE750GK is equipped with a customized high-power engine from XCMG and an upgraded large-diameter main valve, offering stronger power, faster response speed and higher working efficiency. By applying the latest generation of sensor and electronic control technology, it has better adaptability to working conditions and lower fuel consumption. Upgrade the oil return detection system for crushing, which can be equipped with a maximum of 248 crushing hammers, providing greater impact force and increasing the crushing operation efficiency by more than 15%. In April this year, the XE750GK was awarded the Gold Award for Application Contribution in the TOP50 annual products of China's construction Machinery, which is another recognition of the G series products by the industry.

From National III to National IV standards, from MAX series to G series, it perfectly demonstrates XCMG excavators' ability to iterate and upgrade product technology. 02 Green Innovation

At the Baoma Exhibition site, among the vast areas of golden steel and iron, there is a touch of green that stands out particularly. This is the "Green Mountain Green" coating of XCMG's new energy equipment, symbolizing "harmonious coexistence between humans and nature".

Under the guidance of the national "dual carbon" strategic goals, the electrification of construction machinery has become an inevitable trend in the industry. The shift from "oil" to "electricity" is not only a fundamental change in power sources but also a profound alteration in the industry's ecosystem and sustainable development model. For many years, XCMG excavators have been deeply engaged in low-carbon technology routes and focused on the research and development of energy-saving and environmentally friendly products. The five new energy equipment models, XE19EV, XE27EV, XE215E (plug-in/battery swap), and XE650GK HEV, exhibited this time, once again demonstrated XCMG excavators' green development path to the world.

The XE650GK HEV is the world's first hybrid excavator for mining. It adopts advanced parallel hybrid technology and achieves four key technological breakthroughs. The whole machine responds faster, is more efficient and energy-saving. Its energy consumption per hour is reduced by more than 10% compared with conventional fuel excavators of the same tonnage. Another representative model of electricization, the XE215EV, has also achieved remarkable results. It once challenged the snow-capped plateau at an altitude of 4,400 meters and won the first "New Energy Gold Award" in the excavator industry. Compared with previous excavators powered by diesel engines, the XE215EV can achieve zero exhaust emissions, significantly solving the ecological pollution problem during the construction process.

At present, XCMG's electric excavator product technology routes include three major categories: battery-driven, trailer electric and hybrid. More than 20 products cover the full range of mainstream tonnage models, have won many industry honors, and have been widely recognized by benchmark customers at home and abroad.

"One-stop" solution for customized construction plans

The development of forestry is related to ecological security and has an impact on the national economy and people's livelihood. Promoting the high-quality development of the forestry industry through scientific and technological innovation has become the inevitable path for the modernization of forestry. But how to innovate? Where to break through? Today, at XCMG's exhibition stand, it seems that we can find the answer.

At the exhibition site, a forestry equipment equipped with a mechanical grip successfully caught people's attention due to its unique shape. This is the XE125F excavator specially developed by XCMG for the forestry working conditions of wood pulling and cutting. It is equipped with a customized engine and a large-displacement main pump, significantly reducing fuel consumption. It adopts a 20-ton chassis and is equipped with a high-torque walking motor, with a walking driving force as high as 190kN, making it perfectly suitable for muddy and rough forest land and climbing conditions. It is equipped with a standard fixed wood gripper, and can be optionally equipped with a bucket or a wood pulling frame, meeting the multi-functional operations such as forest farm sorting, cutting, loading and unloading, wood collection, and transportation.

Based on its trust in XCMG's forestry equipment, Inner Mongolia Forest Industry Group has purchased over a hundred sets of forestry equipment in a centralized manner. This batch of equipment will help Inner Mongolia Forest Industry transform from traditional "chainsaw harvesting" to mechanization. This delivery is not only a model of strong alliance and complementary advantages between the two enterprises, but also an important practice in the modernization process of China's forestry.

In addition to the industry-leading forestry equipment, there is also the oil-electric dual-power hydraulic excavator XE800WDM that can choose the power mode according to the working conditions. The PCR300 demolition robot, which weighs only 2 tons in total but has the same demolition capacity as a 6-ton excavator. The wheeled hydraulic excavator XE155WECR...... with a tail turning radius of only 1.75 meters is popular in overseas markets It also attracted many customers to stop and watch.

Focusing on niche markets, XCMG excavators adopt a penetrating R&D model of "customized technology + targeted market". Currently, it has formed two major industrial systems: forestry and special excavators. Special excavators cover six major categories including grabbers, railway excavators, and ship excavators, with over 60 models. Forestry products cover application scenarios such as logging, timber collection, transportation, loading and unloading, and timber processing. Core components have reached the forefront of global technology

On the road to solving the world-class problem of "hollowing out" in construction machinery, XCMG excavators have focused on breakthroughs in key core technologies and components, profoundly demonstrating the hard-core strength of "hidden champions".

In the core components exhibition area of XCMG, four sets of complete crawler chassis products of XCMG excavators - 400-ton excavator crawler chassis, 900-horsepower bulldozer crawler chassis, mini excavator crawler chassis, and crawler chassis resistant to high temperature and extremely cold working conditions - shone brightly.

Among them, the 400-ton excavator track chassis independently developed and manufactured by XCMG stands out particularly. It is targeted at high-end markets both at home and abroad. The tracks and guide wheels are cast from high-hardenability alloy steel and undergo special heat treatment, significantly enhancing their impact resistance and wear resistance. The idler wheels are forged and then undergo overall heat treatment, possessing high strength and load-bearing capacity.

The crawler chassis is a key core component of excavating machinery. Over the years, XCMG excavators have continuously strengthened their foundation and overcome barriers. They have now established a product range of crawler chassis that is "full series, all-weather, and all-working conditions", and have formed product advantages of "large tonnage, complete sets, and customization". We provide complete sets of supporting equipment for crawler construction machinery such as excavators ranging from 0.8 to 800 tons, bulldozers from 80 to 900 horsepower, and rotary drilling RIGS ranging from 30 to 520 tons.
