It can be powered by electricity or oil

The BRT135EZ has a designed total mass of 135 tons and is equipped with a dedicated motor assembly for mining trucks with a rated power of 620kW and a peak power of 900kW. It adopts an active liquid cooling design, fully meeting the requirements of continuous heavy-load uphill transportation.

The entire vehicle is equipped with a 724kWh long-life battery pack. It can be fully charged during lunch breaks and shift changes, meeting the pure electric operation requirements of most scenarios, significantly reducing energy consumption costs and enhancing economic efficiency. At the same time, the vehicle is designed with a diesel range extender to help users meet the continuous operation requirements in extreme situations.

The BRT135EZ vehicle design is based on the pure electric architecture of Boriton, inheriting Boriton's mature experience in the design and manufacturing of the three-electric systems. It enjoys the "Boriton standards" that have been fully verified by the market in terms of the lifespan of the vehicle and the three-electric systems, control strategies, and thermal management, ensuring the stability of the life cycle and creating more benefits for users.

The mechanical components of BRT135EZ, such as the frame, compartment, chassis and steering system, have all been reinforced in accordance with the characteristics of large-tonnage heavy-duty electric vehicles. The overall performance of the vehicle has been comprehensively enhanced, making it more capable of handling the challenges brought by heavy-duty working conditions in mining areas.

The core components of the BRT135EZ vehicle are intelligently designed to achieve software-defined performance. Different programs can be adapted to different working conditions, enabling each scenario to find a more suitable performance control strategy and enhancing performance and energy consumption. Meanwhile, the intelligent control system can monitor the lifespan of parts, issue early warnings for failed parts, and effectively ensure the attendance rate.

The BRT135EZ has been in continuous operation at the customer's mine site for green production for several months. The actual test results in September 2024 showed that the vehicle consumed a total of 28,624 KWH of electricity, of which only 2,344 KWH came from the range extender, accounting for less than 10%.

This set of figures demonstrates from a factual perspective that the large battery pack equipped on the BRT135EZ can achieve pure electric operation for most of the time, saving costs as much as possible. Since users have a pursuit of economy, as long as there are charging conditions, they will definitely create conditions to rely on electricity as much as possible. This is true for plug-in hybrid and range-extended passenger vehicles. Of course, commercial vehicles that are more sensitive to costs will adopt this principle even more - this is also the original intention of the BRT135EZ model design.

The management, engineers and service teams of Boriton have been in contact with customers on the front line all year round, fully exploring the real needs of customers and integrating the company's resources to meet the needs of users. BRT135EZ is not the end. In the future, we will create more products to better meet the green production requirements of our customers and contribute to the development of new quality production with concrete actions.
