The Fangyuan PT6012 tower crane has successfully passed the inspection

Recently, the Shandong Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Research Institute conducted a type test on the FYPA100(PT6012) flat-head tower crane independently designed and developed by the Crane Machinery Factory of Fangyuan Group.

Inspection experts, in accordance with the "Crane Type Test Rules", conduct inspections and reviews on the main structural stresses, safety protection devices and technical design documents of tower cranes. The test results show that all performance indicators of the PT6012 tower crane meet the design requirements and comply with the relevant provisions of the relevant standards and type test rules.

The maximum working range of this tower crane is 60 meters. Meanwhile, its boom can be adjusted to 55 meters, 50 meters, 45 meters, 40 meters and 35 meters, meeting the demands of various working conditions. The maximum lifting capacity is 6 tons, and the lifting capacity at the boom end is 1.2 tons. The main chord of the boom is made of Q460C high-strength steel, making the boom lighter and stronger. The standard configuration uses a 7.5-meter integral reinforcing section and the head adopts an integrated section design, reducing the hoisting units and making the installation and disassembly of the tower crane safer and faster. The three major mechanisms adopt variable frequency speed regulation control, featuring a wide speed regulation range and smooth start and stop, which can effectively extend the service life of structural components and transmission parts.
