The SY1250H is a brand-new generation of mining excavator developed by Sany in the field of large excavators. It adopts an engine with low fuel consumption and fast dynamic response, as well as a fully electronically controlled hydraulic system with high pressure and large flow rate. It is mainly targeted at heavy-load working conditions in mines such as stone, coal and metal, with the first goal of powerful heavy-load operation capacity and high reliability. Through precise matching control technology, the energy consumption of the operation is optimized.

As a super-large excavator that dominates the mining industry, the SY1250H has attracted much attention in the industry with its outstanding technological innovation and strong market competitiveness. In 2023, it won the highest award, the "Golden Finger Award", among the TOP50 awards in China's construction machinery industry.

Strengthening structural components makes work more energetic!

The engine adopts a custom-made imported engine from Sany, with a power output of 567kW/rpm. It features fast dynamic response, low fuel consumption, and reliable durability. Equipped with imported fully electrically controlled main valves and main pumps, it features higher response performance and lower pressure loss.

The adoption of fully electronic control integrated matching technology mainly includes engine and main pump, main pump and main valve matching technology, flow distribution technology, electronic control auxiliary technology, boom unpowered lowering technology, and independent oil and water distribution control. The overall efficiency of the machine is superior to the industry average, and fuel consumption is reduced by 5-13%.

The fan speed is intelligently adjusted automatically based on the oil and water temperatures to achieve the best thermal balance temperature and energy-saving effect. Auxiliary functions such as idle speed control, maintenance time and content reminders, fan reverse dust removal, two-stage float of the boom, home mode, and limping mode.

For the working conditions in mines, safety-reinforced cabs that meet FOPS requirements are adopted, with a 30% higher safety level than ordinary cabs. The cab is equipped with protective nets, multiple emergency stop switches, 360° full protection guardrails, 360° panoramic cameras, alarm lights, and walkway lighting, further enhancing the safety of equipment operations in mines.
