The completion of the Baotou exhibition hall of Panhu Power marks the first implementation of the strategic cooperation with the Beiben axle box

  On February 28th, the Baotou exhibition hall of Zhejiang Pangu Power Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Pangu Power") was officially put into use. Representatives from government departments such as the Development and Reform Commission, the Science and Technology Bureau, and the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Baotou City, as well as the heads of nearly ten local enterprises including Baotou Steel Co., LTD., Baotou Aluminum Industry, Northern Rare Earth, Beiben Heavy Duty Truck, and Baotou Public Transport, all participated in the event together. And witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Panhu Power and Baotou Beiben Heavy Duty Truck Axle Box Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Beiben Axle Box").

  As a subsidiary of Beiben Heavy Duty Truck Group, Beiben Axle Box has been deeply engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of heavy-duty truck axles, medium and high-end bus axles and chassis components since it introduced German Daimer-Benz axle technology in 1988. With its strong technical strength, advanced production equipment and standardized management system, it has established a good reputation in the industry. As a global leading enterprise in the field of axial flux drive, Panhu Power has achieved a disruptive application in the new energy electric drive field with the technical features of axial flux motors, such as "small size, light weight and high efficiency", and has accumulated profound technological experience.

  According to the cooperation agreement between the two parties, this cooperation will actively respond to the national innovation-driven development strategy. Both sides will give full play to their unique advantages in technology, products and other aspects, and carry out all-round strategic collaborative cooperation in R&D, production, supply chain, market and other fields. Relying on Baotou to radiate to the surrounding areas, they will jointly expand domestic and overseas markets.

  At the event site, representatives from government departments and business guests visited the Pangu Power exhibition hall together. In the exhibition hall, everyone gained a thorough understanding of the outstanding performance advantages of the hub axial flux motor and its diversified applications in various fields of electric drive. Subsequently, a lively exchange was held on topics such as the rich application scenarios of new energy commercial vehicles, construction machinery, and industry in Baotou area, as well as the coordinated development of the industrial chain. Suggestions were put forward to deepen local supporting cooperation and accelerate the implementation of technological achievements.

  As one of the key projects of new energy equipment manufacturing in Baotou City, the cooperation between Panhu Power and Beiben Axle will leverage the advantage of Beiben Heavy Duty Truck Group as the "chain leader" of the new energy vehicle industry chain in Inner Mongolia to inject strong technical impetus into the "research - production - application" closed loop of regional new energy commercial vehicles, and effectively contribute to the realization of the strategic goals of "Intelligent Baotou, Electric Baotou, and Low-carbon Baotou".
