Yuchai showcased a variety of emergency power products at the 2023 ASEAN Emergency Equipment and Technology Exhibition

From December 4th to 6th, 2023, the China (Guangxi) - ASEAN Emergency Equipment and Technology Exhibition was successfully held at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center. Yuchai Machinery showcased three emergency power models, namely YCV25, YC6TH and YC16VTD, at the exhibition in full swing. Yuchai Agricultural Machinery Company also presented multiple generator sets and water pump sets at the exhibition.

This exhibition is jointly organized by the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China, the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and the Department of Labor of the Philippines, the rotating chair of the ASEAN Occupational Safety and Health Cooperation Network. A total of over 130 representative enterprises from the emergency field of China and ASEAN countries participated in the exhibition.

The three emergency power products, YCV25, YC6TH and YC16VTD, exhibited by Yuchai Marine Power, feature strong loading capacity, energy efficiency, reliability and durability. They are ideal power supplies for main or backup use in high-end commercial centers, airports, large hospitals, high-tech manufacturing industries, communication industries and fire protection power supplies.

Yuchai Agricultural Equipment Company showcased a variety of popular generator sets at the exhibition, including air-cooled diesel generator sets, variable frequency gasoline generator sets, water pump generator sets, and off-grid energy storage. Among them, the star product, the air-cooled diesel generator set, has a main power range of 3kW to 15kW, with voltage options available. The machine structure can be selected as open-frame or low-noise type to adapt to different usage environments. Upgrade the intelligent core protection system, low oil alarm, overload, high temperature, short circuit protection, automatic voltage stabilization and automatic fuel saving.

The main products of the variable frequency gasoline generator set have a power range of 0.9kW-5kW. They are small in size, light in weight and easy to carry. Variable frequency technology ensures more stable frequency and voltage with smaller fluctuations, resulting in higher output power quality. The output power is more powerful, truly achieving high energy in a small body. Emissions are more environmentally friendly, and the combustion system makes the engine's combustion efficiency higher. It is safer to use. The whole machine is equipped with overload protection and will automatically cut off power when the generator power is exceeded, providing better protection for the generator and electrical products.

The outdoor mobile multi-purpose power station adopts standardized components, modular architecture, and a layered stacking battery module design. It has a battery life of 10 years and features automatic alarm protection and self-diagnosis functions to ensure the safe operation of the system. It can also be equipped with micro-wind power generation and photovoltaic panels to charge the power station. It can be applied in various scenarios such as charging of agricultural drones, outdoor construction, base stations, hospitals, hotels, and isolated islands.
