1. Open the fuel tank switch, remove the oil inlet pipe of the fuel transfer pump, and observe the oil flow. If the oil flows quickly, it indicates normal operation. If the oil flow is intermittent, check the oil circuit.

2. After the low-pressure oil flow is unobstructed, you can use a hand pump to remove the air in the oil circuit. Open the air release screw at the pump head until there are no more bubbles, and then tighten the air release screw.

3. After confirming that the oil passage is unobstructed and there is no air in the diesel engine supply system, you can remove the oil pump cover plate, move the control handle, and pull the oil pump pull rod to check if the pull rod is flexible and if the plunger spring is broken. When the pull rod is flexible and the plunger spring is not broken, the diesel engine can be started and run at medium speed for 10 minutes. If there is still a flame cut-off phenomenon, a copper hammer can be used to gently tap the large nut of the fuel transfer pump while listening to the sound of the diesel engine. If the sound is abnormal, it indicates that the piston and push rod of the fuel transfer pump are stuck, and repair or replacement should be carried out.

4. If not, it should be considered that the fuel nozzle is not atomized, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken and stuck, not working, or there is water in the diesel. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the user can be asked to fill a kettle with clean diesel and conduct the test by connecting it to the oil circuit. If there is still a flameout, it should be considered that it is an engine problem.

5. Remove the fuel injector assembly and turn the crankshaft several times. If water sprays out, it indicates that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. In such cases, you can explain to the user or report to the diesel engine company. There is no need to elaborate on issues related to the engine.
