The filter element can be cleaned according to the following procedure
Tap the end cover of the air filter element gently to shake off the accumulated dust on the filter element.
2. Open the dust outlet of the dust collection tray and drain the accumulated dust.
3. Open the filter end cover and pull out the filter element.
4. Block both ends of the filter element with a clean cloth or rubber stopper, and then use dry compressed air with a pressure not exceeding 0.2 to 0.3Mpa to blow clean the surface of the filter element along the inclined Angle or from the inside out of the filter element.
Clean the outer shell, end cover and inner cover. After all the components are dry, assemble them. Check whether the connection bracket between the air filter and the engine is loose and whether the intake pipe is sealed.
The main filter element is allowed to be cleaned up to five times at most, after which it must be replaced with a new one. When replacing the main filter element, the safety filter element should also be replaced simultaneously.
Replace the filter element
Loosen the wing nut that securely fasten the bottom cover to the filter housing and remove the filter cover.
2. Drop the filter element from the central bolt.
3. Remove the gasket from the outlet end of the filter. When installing the filter element, make sure it is placed on the sealing gasket at the outlet end of the air filter.
Replace the engine fuel filter
Tools: Open-end wrench, filter wrench

Clean the area around the fuel filter thoroughly, remove the fuel filter, and clean the filter seat and the seal. Fill the new fuel filter with diesel and lubricate the rubber sealing ring with clean engine oil. Tighten the fuel filter to prevent fuel leakage. The method for replacing the fuel settling tank is the same (for domestic diesel engines).
If the engine cannot be started, it indicates that a small amount of air entering the fuel system has not been automatically discharged. It is possible that the new diesel filter is not filled with diesel. At this point, it is necessary to exhaust the fuel system. Open the air release screw on the fuel filter seat. Press the hand lift pump on the fuel transfer pump to deliver diesel until there is no foam in the diesel flowing out of the vent screw, and then tighten the vent screw.
Change the engine oil and oil filter

Materials: Engine oil and oil filter specified by the engine manufacturer
Check the engine oil level
When checking the fuel level, the bulldozer should be parked horizontally. After the engine has been turned off for 15 minutes,
Conduct another test.
(2) Open the engine side panels.
(3) Use a dipstick to check the oil level in the engine oil pan. If the oil level in the engine oil pan is between the two marks on the dipstick, it indicates that the oil quantity is normal. If the lubricating oil level in the engine oil pan is
If the oil level is below the lower mark on the dipstick, it indicates that the oil quantity is insufficient. You should open the oil filler cap and add lubricating oil of the specified viscosity from port F.
Change the engine oil and the oil filter
The first oil change should be within 100 hours. At the same time as changing the oil, the oil filter must also be replaced.
(1) When the water temperature of the diesel engine reaches above 60 degrees, stop it. Remove the oil drain plug and use a container to hold the drained engine oil. Clean the area around the oil filter thoroughly. Use a filter wrench to remove the oil filter, fill the inner cavity of the new oil filter with oil, and apply a layer of clean oil on the surface of the sealing ring. Install the new oil filter. Do not tighten it too much during installation to avoid deformation of the threads or damage to the sealing ring.
(2) After the engine oil has been drained completely, check the thread of the oil drain plug and the sealing surface. Tighten the oil drain plug. Add new engine oil between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick.
(3) Start the engine and let it idle to check if there is any oil leakage from the oil filter and the oil drain plug.
(4) Stop the engine; After waiting for 15 minutes for the engine oil to flow back to the oil pan, check the oil level again with the oil dipstick. If necessary, add engine oil to the mark.
Track tensioning inspection and adjustment

Park the bulldozer on a flat road surface (stop the bulldozer without braking when it is moving forward), and place the straight bar between the idler wheel and the guide wheel as shown in the figure. When the distance between the lower plane of the straight bar and the lowest track teeth (track sag) is between 20 and 30mm, its tension meets the standard requirements. If the tension does not meet the standard requirements, the following adjustments should be made.
2. Adjustment
If the sag of the track is greater than the standard value, it indicates that the tension of the track is small. In this case, the tension must be increased. To increase the tension force, it can be achieved by adding grease to the oiler. Unscrew the bolts and open the cover. You can see that if the sagging of the tracks in the oiling device is less than the standard value, it indicates that the tension of the tracks is too large. In this case, the tension must be reduced. To reduce the tension force, the oiler can be turned backward by one full circle to discharge the excess grease. When the sag of the track meets the standard requirements, the oiler should be tightened immediately.
(2) By adding grease to the oiler, the guide wheel can move forward. The guide wheel, after being tensioned, can move forward from the standard position. When the guide wheel moves to the limit position and the track is still loose (the track sag does not reach the standard value), it indicates that the pin sleeve has been worn quite severely. At this time, the pin sleeve should be replaced.
The grease in the tensioning cylinder is under high pressure and there is a risk of it spraying out and injuring people. When loosening the oil injector, its reverse rotation should not exceed one turn. At the same time, no other components except the oil injector should be loosened. If the grease cannot overflow smoothly, the bulldozer can be slightly moved forward and backward.
