NO.1 2011

The technology for automatically removing and collecting used grease from bearings has been introduced, completely solving the problems in the domestic and international wind power industry and effectively addressing the issue of poor lubrication in wind power bearings caused by oil leakage from seals.

NO.2 2015

The single-line centralized lubrication system for wind power has overcome the industry problem of clogging in traditional progressive centralized lubrication systems and reduced the cost of lubrication system matching by more than 50%.

NO.3 2018

The dual-line centralized lubrication system for wind power has successfully solved two major technical problems: low lubrication efficiency under low-temperature conditions and system alarms caused by air bubbles.

NO.3 2020

The China High-tech Industry Research Association has passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation of the "Automatic Grease Replacement System for Wind Turbine Bearings" independently developed by Aote, which has reached the international advanced level.

Aote adheres to the principle of putting customer needs at the center and has successively developed integrated hydraulic stations for semi-direct drive units and doubly-fed units.

The new generation of wind power hydraulic lubrication and cooling integrated system mainly consists of three parts: the hydraulic system, the lubrication system and the cooling system. The hydraulic system is used for high-speed shaft braking, impeller locking and yaw braking. The lubrication system is used for the lubrication and cooling of the main bearings of the gearbox, gears and generator bearings. The cooling system is used for cooling and heat dissipation of the generator. In addition, it also includes a set of gear lubricating oil radiator assembly and a set of generator coolant radiator assembly.
