Common techniques for excavators to climb slopes
Observe the Angle of the slope to see if it is within the performance range of the excavator. If the slope is too low, shake the material from the upper part of the slope to the lower part to reduce the slope Angle and facilitate passage.
2. Remove larger stone blocks. When climbing steep slopes, stone blocks can cause the tracks to slip and prevent the excavator from moving forward.
When climbing a slope, try to lower the center of gravity of the equipment as much as possible, extend the forearm to the head, and keep the bottom of the bucket at a 90-degree Angle to the slope to prevent it from getting stuck in the bottom when the excavator suddenly slides down.
4. When the bucket fans encounter the situation where the excavator is being pulled up a slope by the small arm but will slide down when the small arm is released, this method can be adopted: Insert the bucket as deep as possible, apply force to climb up, and when the small arm reaches the head, do not release it while walking to let it idle. In this way, the material under the tracks will move down along with the tracks and accumulate behind them. Don't underestimate this small pile of material, bucket fans. It can hold the excavator from sliding down. When the bucket can lift off the ground and the excavator stops sliding, slowly lower the forearm to the head and push it into the front as deep as possible.

Key points to note when an excavator is going downhill
When going downhill, the bucket fans should pay attention to removing the stones to prevent the tracks from slipping during the descent.
2. When going downhill, do it slowly. Do not make sharp turns on the slope (that is, one track does not turn), as this will cause the track on one side of the equipment to be filled with soil and stones, and it may result in the track not turning at all.
3. No matter how big or small the slope is, the bucket of the equipment must touch the ground first. On an extremely steep slope, it's not only your feet that control the speed, but also your bucket.
4. Fasten your seat belt. Doing this well can prevent drivers from breaking the window and getting out during the downhill process.
