To ensure the productivity of the concrete mixing plant and the continuity of equipment production, all equipment must be debugged after installation. Only when the debugging operation is normal can formal production be carried out. This article provides a detailed explanation of the commissioning procedures and technical requirements for concrete mixing plants.
Concrete mixing plant commissioning procedure
Step-by-step debugging
The pressure range for the air compressor's commissioning should be adjusted between 0.5 and 0.8MPa. Observe whether the start switch operates normally and whether the pressure gauge display is correct. The action pressure of the safety valve should be adjusted to around 0.8MPa.
② During the commissioning of the water pump, observe whether the vibration and noise of the water pump are normal. If any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for handling.
③ During the commissioning of the mixer, observe whether there are any abnormal sounds from the mixer. If there are any abnormal sounds, stop the machine immediately for handling. Pay attention to whether the grease pump and the distributor are working properly.
During the commissioning and operation of the belt conveyor, check whether each idler rotates flexibly. Observe that the belt must not sway, deviate, wear edges, slip, tear or deform. Otherwise, the machine should be stopped immediately for handling.
Whole machine debugging
① Open the water release knob of the air-water separator and the steam trap in the gas pipeline.
When starting the V-type air compressor, the pressure range should be adjusted to between 0.4 and 0.8MPa.
③ Start the water pump and adjust the pump pressure to 0.3 to 0.4MPa. Note that the return valve must never be closed at any time.
④ Start the mixer.
⑤ Start the aggregate conveyor.
⑥ Observe whether each working limit position is in a normal working state.
⑦ Start the cement conveyor and observe whether there is any noise, vibration or oil leakage in the reducer.
After the sand and gravel aggregates are properly mixed, you can press the aggregate unloading button and observe the value displayed on the scale of the batching machine gradually returning to "0".
When the cement and coal ash are well mixed, you can press the cement unloading button and observe the value displayed on the cement scale gradually returning to "0".
After the water and admixtures are properly mixed, you can press the buttons for unloading water and admixtures, and observe the values displayed on the scale gradually returning to "0".
⑪ Operate in semi-automatic and fully automatic modes to ensure that the industrial control computer is working properly and that the relevant parameter Settings are normal.
Technical requirements for the commissioning of concrete Mixing plants
The initial continuous operation time shall not exceed 60 minutes.
2. The maximum temperature of the pump bearing must not exceed 80℃, and the bearing temperature must not be 40℃ higher than the ambient temperature. Otherwise, the bearing should be cleaned or replaced, and lubricating grease (molybdenum disulfide complex calcium-based grease) should be added.
3. Pay attention to whether there are any abnormal sounds from each component and whether the exhaust pressure and exhaust temperature are normal.
4. Check whether the oil pump is supplying oil normally and whether the lubricating oil level is at the specified height.

8. Check whether the electronic scales and sensors of each batching device are working properly, and the measurement sensitivity and error should meet the requirements.
