In the express delivery market of Jiangsu Province, Suzhou accounts for one third of the total express delivery market in Jiangsu, while Kunshan takes up one third of the express delivery market in Suzhou. In response to the rapidly growing express delivery and express freight market, based on the demands of truck drivers for reliable and worry-free express delivery vehicles, which can carry more loads and run faster, and have low fuel consumption, Liuzhou Automobile and Yuchai have joined forces to launch express delivery models with 260 horsepower of the YCK05 engine for different application scenarios, featuring a four-cylinder to six-cylinder configuration, providing users with a variety of perfect solutions.

The star model on site, the Yuchai YCK05, mainly uses core components from top international suppliers. Its comprehensive quality has reached the international advanced level. It has a maximum horsepower of 260 horsepower and a maximum torque of 950N.m. It is the most powerful four-cylinder engine in China, with power comparable to that of small six-cylinder engines.

The new delivery vehicle of Changle, equipped with the 260-horsepower Yuchai YCK05, was highly favored by end users as soon as it was launched, with 136 units purchased on the spot.

Thanks to the outstanding performance of YCK05 in the express delivery and express freight market segment and the recognition and favor of users towards Yuchai, Yuchai's market share in the entire industry increased by 5% in the first half of the year.

While its market share is further increasing, Yuchai has launched four service policies for express logistics users: First, it has specially selected 2,839 service stations from over 6,000 to provide exclusive services for express logistics vehicles, creating an efficient service network with an average service radius of 55 kilometers. Third, the 33 major national highways cover 100% of every municipal city at the logistics trunk node, and rescue can arrive within one hour. At the event site, Yuchai launched the 2023 Yuchai Elite Driver Energy-saving Challenge - Express and Freight Special Session with the theme of "100 Cities Gathering Order, Energy-saving Yuchai Journey". Five teams from Kunshan Station made their appearances on stage, and over 100 express and logistics vehicles participated in the competition. This energy-saving challenge will be of great significance for promoting energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies, reducing vehicle operation costs and improving drivers' driving behaviors.
