The 2022 Linde "Material Handling World" exhibition came to a successful conclusion in Mannheim, Germany!
"Over the past two years, the global economic environment has undergone significant changes, and the overall situation of internal logistics has also undergone notable alterations." Stefan Prokosch, Senior Vice President of Brand Management at Linde Material Handling, stated at the event: "The rising energy costs, shortage of skilled labor, higher requirements for operational safety, and the pursuit of more sustainable logistics solutions are all challenges faced by our customers. At the same time, making full use of digitalization and the internet to provide optimization potential is also very important." According to Stefan Prokosch, relying solely on forklifts and warehouse technical equipment is no longer sufficient to meet the requirements of our customers. "Over the past few years, Linde Material Handling has developed into a one-stop logistics solution provider. Besides its continuously expanding product range, it also offers an increasing number of digital solutions, auxiliary systems, consultation tools, and service products." Stefan Prokosch explained. "By doing so, we are always close to our customers."
A wide range of services and solutions portfolio
On-site zero-distance experience
The Linde "Material Handling World" exhibition, as the leading event in the material handling industry, is different from traditional trade exhibitions. Visitors can experience the products and equipment throughout the day in real application scenarios through practical operations, and have the opportunity to discuss their respective challenges and visions with expert advisors, and find suitable solutions.
In the vast exhibition hall, Linde Material Handling recreated the complete production process of glass bottles, realistically simulating how to efficiently, safely, ergonomically, and sustainably solve the problems of goods transportation and handling, and dynamically demonstrated the efficient operation of goods from receiving to storage, picking, production, and last-mile delivery. In the "Control Center", visitors can clearly understand the digital interconnection of warehouse processes, and in other thematic spaces, examples such as Linde safety combinations, various energy systems, connection fleet management solutions, and different possibilities of automation were presented.
More importantly, visitors can not only get close contact with over a hundred exhibited handling equipment, but also have the opportunity for on-site test drives. In addition, in the outdoor area, Linde also prepared a large number of test equipment to allow customers to verify the high-quality and value of the products.
