Yuchai Intelligent Power Shines at the 2025 National Agricultural Machinery Exhibition

The YCK09 IE-Power hybrid electric drive assembly is suitable for 260-300 horsepower heavy-duty tractors, silage machines, cotton pickers, combine harvesters and other machinery. YCA05P IE-Power hybrid electric drive assembly is suitable for 120-180 horsepower large tractors, corn machines, wheat machines and other machinery. The operation and transportation modes are continuously variable, and can be matched with an integrated console for convenient and comfortable control. The YCF36-75kW range extender assembly has Yuchai technology, a highly integrated design of the engine and motor, the motor bearings are maintenance-free, and does not burn urea. It has low maintenance costs and a fuel saving rate of up to 30% to 50%. YCF11-15kW range extender assembly is suitable for 50-75 horsepower tractors, small harvesters and other machinery. It adopts high power generation efficiency technology and saves 20% energy than traditional independent motor range extender systems. It has high fuel-saving technology, optimal energy management control strategy, highly coupled assembly performance, and a fuel-saving rate of up to 25% to 40%.
