The usage rules and maintenance of the brazing machine

The drill probe is an ideal electric drill probe for foundation inspection in building foundation construction. (1) Test run

(1) Place the machine flat where it needs to be touched. Before starting work, the machine should be connected to the power supply (380V) and reliably grounded. Press the "forward" button on the forward and reverse switch on the machine to observe whether the electric rotation direction is correct. The correct direction is that the hammer chain drives the hammer block to move upward. If it is incorrect, you can press the "Reverse" key.

(2) (1) Once the movement direction of the above chain is determined, turn on the switch on the left, use the foot pedal to lower the crowbar, lift the lifting system, and install the probe rod to lock it firmly. Align the measurement point, level the body and turn off the power. After turning on the switch on the right, the hammer body will enter the automatic working state.

(2) After the single-hole detection is completed, immediately turn off the switch on the right side, and then pull out the probe rod and place it in the bottom tray according to the original procedure.

(3) The slide way and chain on the upper part of the main unit need to be lubricated with grease when working each shift. After the above checks are correct, it can be officially used.

(4) Make sure the probe rod is properly connected before use.
