The correct usage method of the ground drill

I. Engine Startup

1. Preparations before startup

Check the engine oil level, place the engine in a horizontal position, and clean the area around the fuel filler port thoroughly. Remove the oil dipstick, wipe off the oil with a clean cloth, then reinsert it into the oil pan. Remove the oil dipstick again and check the scale on it. If the oil level is too low, engine oil should be added until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Note: Low engine oil level can cause engine failure. However, the oil level should not exceed the upper mark. Excessive engine oil can cause a decrease in power and smoke.

Check whether the filter element of the air filter is clogged. If necessary, it must be maintained. Note: Never use an engine without an air filter; otherwise, it will accelerate the wear of the engine. Check the fuel level in the fuel tank and make sure to use pure gasoline.

2 Start and stop the engine

When starting the engine, the fuel switch should be turned to the open position and the choke switch to the choke position. Note: If the engine is hot or the air temperature is high, do not use the choke. Instead, shift the throttle position to the fast position to start. When starting, gently pull the starting rope outward until you feel resistance, and then pull it quickly. Move the accelerator to the stop position and then switch the fuel switch to the off position.

Ii. Issues to Note When Using a Punching Machine

1. For lawn areas that require drilling, remove any stones, wires or other items that may cause dangerous accidents before starting the work.

2 Before drilling holes, spray water on the lawn to achieve the desired drilling effect.

3 Mark the nozzles, wires and other items that need to be avoided on the grassland to prevent them from being touched during work.

4 Children should stay away from the punching machine.

5 Before starting work, check the oil level in the reducer.

6 Position the rear wheels at the lowest position.

7 Make sure the belt is tensioned and the clutch can be opened and closed freely.

8 Start the engine and adjust the throttle to the operator's normal walking speed so that the operator can always control the machine comfortably.

9 Do not work on slopes with a gradient greater than 30 degrees.

10 When the machine is in operation, do not place your hands or feet beside movable or rotating parts.

11 The transmission guard device must not be opened during operation.
