The liquid should be drained completely or the unloading switch should be set to

The liquid should be drained completely or the unloading switch should be set to the open position.

2. Inflation should be done slowly. If the inflation speed is too fast, the high-pressure nitrogen gas will expand rapidly, causing a sharp cooling, which may lead to the cold brittleness or even rupture of the bladder. Additionally, if the inflation is too fast, it may cause the originally folded bladder to expand unevenly and rupture.

After inflation, wait for a few minutes to allow the pressure to stabilize before checking the inflation pressure.

After inflation, the sealing performance of the air valve can be checked with soapy water.

After inflation, during the initial stage of use, it is necessary to strengthen tracking to facilitate the timely detection of insufficient air pressure.

Can the PSL connection blocks used in the fixed displacement pump system be applied to the variable displacement pump system?

Sure, but it needs to be modified simply. Replace the spring in the three-way flow control valve with a push rod of appropriate size, and connect the LS port of the pump to the LS port of the connecting block.

How to determine the constant power of the pump when there is no water valve loading?

After replacing the main oil pump, the constant power valve needs to be readjusted. Since there is no water valve at most maintenance points, it is impossible to load and test the constant power. The displacement of the oil pump is determined by the smaller value between constant power control and gear control. Based on this principle, the size of the constant power can be roughly judged without a water valve.

First, place the large cavity U-tube ball valve of the pumping cylinder at the maximum open position. Increase the rotational speed to the maximum, shift the gear from small to large, hold the cylinder, and observe the pumping pressure until the pumping pressure begins to remain constant (during which the rotational speed is always at the maximum). At this point, the pumping pressure and the number of pumps at the corresponding gear (at the maximum pumping speed) are the constant power parameters.

To ensure accurate adjustment, you can measure several more points. At this point, the cylinder can be held in at different speeds to obtain the constant power parameters under different pressures. Alternatively, damping joints of different hole diameters can be prepared, and the damping joints can be connected in parallel with the U-shaped pipe through pipelines. By holding the cylinder and adjusting the gear, the constant power parameters under different pressures can also be obtained

In the open system of a pump truck, why is it that sometimes adjusting the gear cannot control the displacement?

Since the displacement control mechanism of the oil pump requires a certain control pressure to drive, for the main oil pump, the control pressure is generally derived from the oil pump pressure. When the pump is empty (especially before the concrete piston is installed), sometimes the pumping pressure is lower than the minimum value. At this time, adjusting the gear cannot change the displacement.

How should a manual grease pump be maintained?

First of all, the manual grease pump must be thoroughly cleaned before each startup and after the pumping is completed. Then, check and ensure that the oil storage tank of the manual grease pump is filled with grease.

Secondly, turn the handle of the grease pump and observe the stirring bearing and the large and small shaft heads of the S-tube. If there is clean grease overflowing from all of them, it is fine. During the operation, the handle of the manual grease pump should be turned 10 times every hour

Finally, it is essential to keep the lubrication system clean, strictly preventing dust and other impurities from entering. Do not let it come into contact with acidic or alkaline substances. At the same time, the system should be cleaned every 500 hours of operation.

How to keep the oil cup of a pump truck lubricated?

There is a lubricating oil cup on each of the two swing valve cylinder seats of the concrete pump truck. Before the pumping operation starts, the operator must fill the oil cup with grease and then screw the cap to add oil for lubrication. During operation, the cover should be screwed on and lubricated once every 4 hours to keep the spherical friction surface in a good lubricated state.

How to extend the service life of the concrete piston in a concrete pump truck?

When the coating of the concrete piston conveying cylinder is not worn off but concrete slurry or sand particles appear at the rear of the concrete piston, that is, in the water tank, it indicates that the piston has been worn and the concrete sealing body, guide ring and dust-proof ring need to be replaced immediately. Since the piston can be simply retracted to the water tank of the pumping system through the control panel, it is necessary to frequently retract the piston for inspection in daily use. In addition, after the piston is repositioned in the water tank, the concrete sealing body and guide ring on the piston should be cleaned and lubricated with lithium-based grease at the same time, which can effectively extend the service life of the piston.

How to keep the connecting shafts of the pump truck lubricated?

The maintenance of the boom, outriggers and turntable: Grease nozzles are specially designed at the hinge points of each boom section of the pump truck, the connection shafts between the four outriggers and the supports, and the turntable. Generally, it is required to apply oil to the lubrication points (grease nozzles) every 60 working hours. It should be fully lubricated with grease until oil overflows.

What are the key points for maintaining the rotary reducer of a concrete pump truck?

Change the gear oil of the rotary reducer once every 500 working hours. Every three months, regularly apply grease to the surfaces of all gears in the rotary reduction mechanism for lubrication. If dirt is found on the gear surface, it should be removed immediately to prevent damage to the gears
