Pre-startup inspection and maintenance

Check whether the joints of high-pressure pipes, oil cylinders, floating oil seals, radiator fins, water pipe joints, etc. are leaking. If so, they should be eliminated in time.

Check if the bolts of the air filter, muffler, idler wheel bracket, track, working device and other parts are loose. If any are found, they should be tightened.

Check if there are any broken wires, short wires or loose terminals in the electrical system. If so, they should be eliminated in time. Inspection of the oil level in the engine oil pan

When the engine is off, remove the dipstick and check the fluid level, which should be between the "H" and "L" marks on the dipstick

When the engine is idling, first make sure that the engine oil pressure gauge and water temperature gauge are within the normal range. Then remove the dipstick to check the liquid level, which should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick. If engine oil needs to be added, open the oil filling port and add it. When checking the oil level, the vehicle should be parked on a level ground. When adding engine oil, the oil level should not exceed the "H" mark.

The first 250 hours of inspection and maintenance for the fuel level of the rear axle box:

Replace the fuel filter.

Replace the coarse and fine filters of the engine oil.

Replacement of transmission and rear axle oil.

Replacement of the oil in the working oil tank.

Replace the filter element of the working oil tank filter.

Replace the oil in the final transmission box.

Clean the variable speed steering filter element.

Tighten the installation screws of the fuel injector.

Inspection and adjustment of engine valve clearance.

Inspection and maintenance every 500 hours

Replace the preservative storage container

Close the two valves at the top of the preservative storage tank.

Unscrew the cartridge filter element to the left.

Apply engine oil to the sealing surface and replace it with new components.

When installing, after the sealing surface comes into contact with the cover, tighten it by 1/2 to 3/4 turn. (Don't tighten it too much

Open the valve after replacement.

Maintenance regulations for bulldozers

Scope of application

1.1 This regulation is applicable to the maintenance and upkeep of bulldozers.

2. Maintenance and upkeep contents

Before starting the engine, check around and under the machine to see if there are any loose nuts or bolts, if there is any leakage of engine oil, fuel or coolant, and inspect the working device and hydraulic system

The status of the system also needs to be checked for loose wires, clearance, and dust accumulation at high-temperature areas. The specific details are as follows

2.1.1 Check the working device, cylinder, connecting rod and hose for any cracks, excessive wear or clearance. If any abnormality is found, it should be repaired.

2.1.2 Check if there is any accumulation of dirt or dust around the engine or radiator. Inspect if there is any accumulation of flammable materials (dry leaves, branches, weeds, etc.) around the battery or high-temperature engine parts (such as the engine muffler or turbocharger). Remove these dirt and flammable materials.

2.1.3 Check for any oil leakage from the engine and any water leakage from the cooling system. Repair if any abnormality is found.

2.1.4 Check whether there is any oil leakage in the transmission box, final transmission box, hydraulic oil tank, hoses and joints. If any abnormality is found, repair the leaking part.

2.1.5 Check whether the walking device (tracks, drive wheels, guide wheels, guard plates) has any damaged, worn or loose bolts, and whether there is any oil leakage from the rollers such as the support wheels. If any damage, wear or oil leakage is found, it should be repaired and the bolts tightened.

2.1.6 Check if the handrail is damaged and if there are any loose bolts. Repair the damaged parts and tighten the loose bolts.

2.1.7 Check if the instruments and lights on the dashboard are damaged and if there are any loose bolts. If any abnormality is found, replace the relevant parts and clean the dirt on the surface.

2.1.8 Check the monitor panel

2.1.10 Check the fuel level and add fuel

2.1.11 Check the oil level in the engine oil pan and add oil

2.1.12 Check the oil level in the transmission box (including the gearbox, torque converter and central transmission box)
