Maintenance

The most basic common sense for operating a loader. You must keep these in mind!

First, when the loader is in operation, keep your heels firmly against the floor

First, when the loader is in operation, keep your heels firmly against the floor of the cab, keep your feet parallel to the accelerator pedal, and gently press down the accelerator pedal.

Second stability: During the operation of the loader, the throttle must always be kept steady. Under normal operating conditions, it is advisable to keep the throttle opening at around 70%.

When the loader is in operation, the foot should be separated from the brake pedal and placed flat on the floor of the cab. It is strictly forbidden to step on the brake pedal. Loaders often operate on uneven construction sites. If the feet are always on the brake pedal, the up and down movement of the machine body will cause the driver to step on the brake pedal carelessly. Under normal circumstances, the condition of the engine and gear shifting should be controlled by regulating the throttle to slow down. This not only avoids the overheating of the braking system caused by frequent braking, but also brings convenience to the quick acceleration of the loader

Four diligence: When the loader is in operation, especially during the digging operation, the lifting and bucket turning control levers should be alternately operated under the condition of stable throttle to fill the bucket with materials. The cyclic operation of the lifting and bucket control bars is what is called "diligence". This process is extremely important and has a significant impact on fuel consumption.

Five coordination: Coordination refers to the organic cooperation between the lifting and the bucket control bars. The general digging process of a loader begins with placing the bucket flat on the ground and smoothly driving it towards the material pile. When the bucket is parallel to the material pile and encounters resistance, the principle of lifting the arm first and then retracting the bucket should be followed first. This can effectively prevent the bottom of the bucket from encountering resistance, thereby enabling the maximum lifting force to be fully exerted.

Six prohibitions: First of all, tire skidding is strictly prohibited. When a loader is in operation, if you suddenly accelerate due to resistance, it often leads to the phenomenon of tire slippage. This phenomenon is usually caused by improper operation by the driver, which not only increases fuel consumption but also damages the tires. Secondly, it is strictly prohibited to lift the rear wheels. Due to the large lifting force of the loader, during operations such as digging solid raw soil and stone mountains, if the driver operates improperly, it is easy for the two rear wheels to lift off the ground. The landing inertia of this lifting action can cause the blade of the bucket to break and the bucket to deform. When the rear wheels are lifted very high, it is also easy to cause cracking at the welding points of the front and rear frames and other structures, and even plate breakage, etc.
