Meanwhile, Zoomlion also showcased the world's first hydrogen energy pump truck - the Lingyun series four-axle 59-meter hydrogen energy chassis pump truck. This pump truck is driven by a combination of hydrogen energy and lithium batteries or independently. It features zero emissions and a 5% increase in transmission efficiency, a 12% reduction in construction noise, and a over 50% improvement in power stability during high-load operations, ensuring worry-free range.

In addition, Zoomlion's pure electric pump trucks have also attracted much attention. The Lingyun series four-axle 63-meter pure electric pump truck is driven by pure electricity, with zero emissions. Its comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by more than 46%, and its cruising range exceeds 200 kilometers. The upper structure is driven by dual motors, featuring low noise, fast response speed and good stability. The operation noise is reduced by 12%. It is equipped with a high-power plug-in device to ensure continuous pumping operation.

In the field of mixer trucks, Zoomlion Lingguan's third-generation series four-axle 8FC new electric platform Ultra mixer trucks have achieved significant improvements in multiple aspects such as passability, stability, ease of maintenance, transmission efficiency, and reduced power consumption, thanks to innovative technologies like a flat-laid battery layout, a new distributed electric drive axle transmission path, and intelligent height limit warning. Meanwhile, this mixer truck is also equipped with the industry's first concrete health manager, which can predict the accumulation of materials in the mixing drum and prompt users to clean it, greatly improving the operational efficiency of the mixer truck.

The Lingguan series four-axle 8-cubic-meter light-hybrid mixer truck with a National VI chassis adopts an electric drive upper assembly technology. It can be charged by itself through a diesel engine, breaking free from the limitations of charging piles and achieving worry-free driving range. With the support of external fast charging and brake energy recovery technology, the overall fuel-saving rate of the vehicle has increased by 30%, and the annual operating cost savings are approximately 65,000 yuan. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a dual-mode system of on-board intelligent power generation and external fast charging, flexibly responding to various charging demands. When waiting for materials, the engine can be turned off, and the power battery will supply power to keep the mixing drum rotating and the air conditioner in the cab running.

It is worth mentioning that Zoomlion also showcased products tailored for overseas markets, such as the classic Western European 38-meter pump truck and the third-generation Australian mixer truck. These products not only meet the highly customized and safety requirements of overseas markets, but also demonstrate Zoomlion's leading position and outstanding strength in the global market.

In addition, Zoomlion's Pioneer series wet sprayers also shone brightly at this exhibition. The Pioneer II ZG45 wet spray machine is equipped with a 75KW large motor and a 190cc displacement main pump, with a theoretical pumping capacity of 46m³/h, which is the largest in the industry. At the same time, it also has many advantages such as no pipe blockage for large pipelines, large capacity and high efficiency, easy operation and fast speed, good materials and low cost, stable quality and high reliability, providing strong support for complex working conditions such as tunnel construction.
