Recently, in the Shanhe Industrial City, the first crawler scissor lift aerial work platform developed by Shanhe Intelligent has completed the prototype review. This is a new progress in the electric series products of Shanhe Intelligent's aerial work platforms and will further enhance the competitiveness of Shanhe's aerial work platforms in the market.

Under the organization of Li Changjian, the senior executive of the company and the general manager of the Aerial Work Platform division, the heads and key personnel from multiple departments including marketing, production, technology, quality control and after-sales service conducted a prototype review of the newly developed crawler scissor lift aerial work platform SWSL1416AC-C.

It is reported that this type of aerial work platform belongs to the family of electric scissor lift aerial work platforms. Its main feature is that the walking system adopts a crawler chassis. Compared with the traditional wheeled walking system, the crawler chassis has the characteristics of low ground contact pressure and superior obstacle crossing performance, and can adapt to the construction environment where the wheeled aerial work platform cannot operate normally due to reasons such as soft, uneven ground and a large amount of debris.

The prototype underwent a 45% slope climbing test.

It is worth mentioning that the newly developed crawler scissor lift aerial work platform can reach a maximum working height of 14 meters. The lifting mechanism adopts a six-stage scissor arm and is driven by double lifting cylinders, featuring smooth and efficient ascent and descent. The chassis adopts a box structure, with a compact internal space and a low overall center of gravity. In terms of safety, its unique detachable outrigger system effectively extends the anti-overturning range of the equipment, providing a safer guarantee for high-altitude operations.

In addition, the rubber track walking system driven by dual AC motors can adapt to various complex working conditions where wheeled scissor platforms cannot operate, such as muddy ground. The high-power AC drive system enables the equipment to easily conquer extremely steep slopes of 24°. The intelligent automatic leveling function of the outriggers enables the equipment to quickly achieve automatic leveling under harsh working conditions of 5° front and back and 12° left and right, significantly enhancing the equipment's adaptability to the environment.

The successful development of the SWSL1416AC-C crawler scissor lift aerial work platform marks the official entry of Sanyo Intelligent's aerial machinery into the electric crawler scissor lift product market. While enriching the product range of Sanyo's aerial work products, it is also an important milestone in the electrification process of Sanyo Intelligent's aerial work platform series products.
