Major national equipment is accelerating its "going global", and Sany's wide-body vehicles are galloping overseas

In the digital factory of Sany Heavy Industry, a rigid mining dump truck is undergoing integrated assembly and debugging operations on the wide-body vehicle assembly line. The assembly line integrates a number of cutting-edge automated process inspection technologies and equipment, such as automatic tire assembly robots, intelligent electrical inspection, air transfer, intelligent vacuum filling, and AGV automatic distribution.

Huang Zhihuai, the vice president of Sany Heavy Industry's mining Truck Research Institute, introduced: "The production line we are currently seeing is the assembly and debugging production line for Sany's wide-body mining trucks. Through 11 assembly stations, this production line can assemble components into a product." Then, after debugging, it can be taken offline. Through this production line, we can achieve a monthly production capacity of 600 units, and the vehicles produced are widely sold all over the world.

Thanks to the continuous increase in R&D investment and the constantly improving digitalization level, Sany Heavy Industry has significantly enhanced its production capacity in recent years, and major national equipment is accelerating its "going global". From January to September this year, Sany Heavy Industry's overseas sales reached 2.82 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 59%. It is expected that the overseas sales for the whole year will reach over 3.7 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 43%.

In the first three quarters of this year, the scale of goods trade imports and exports in Shenyang City reached a new high, and the growth rate increased quarter by quarter. With the steady growth of global ore demand, the sales growth space for mining trucks is huge. It is expected that mining truck products will become the main growth point of overseas sales in 2024. At present, Sany Heavy Industry is also accelerating the promotion of electric wide-body vehicles in Europe. In the future, more "Shenyang-made" products will be sold globally.
