The Hengli CPA series integrated electric push rod is composed of sturdy metal gears and a corrosion-resistant housing. Its design can withstand extremely harsh environments ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, and it features overload protection such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and temperature.

Currently, this series includes two major specifications: CPA040 and CPA050. They are almost maintenance-free and feature long service life, high precision, and internal anti-rotation. The highest protection level reaches IP69K/66M, meeting the low, medium, and high load requirements of mobile applications.

This series of products integrates an internal controller with an H-bridge and two microcontrollers, supporting Can bus communication. It can provide real-time feedback on parameters such as position and speed, offering monitoring and diagnostic functions at a highly competitive cost. Moreover, the stroke and installation distance, as well as the installation method of the rod head and the cylinder bottom (single/double ear fork pins, flanges, etc.) can all be customized according to the actual situation of the customer.
