XCMG's pure electric mining trucks join hands to move towards low-carbon mining in Tamsui River Valley, a global mining giant

Recently, XCMG's latest all-electric mining truck, the XDR80TE, was delivered to global mining giant Vale. This move marks a new stage in the cooperation between XCMG and Vale in the "green" and "new energy" fields.

The delivery of XCMG's XDR80TE pure electric mining trucks in the Agua Limpa mining area of Minas Gerais State, Brazil and the Sorowako mining area, Indonesia, has quickly attracted high attention from local mining industry professionals and the media.

This model is the world's first all-electric new product that adopts the advantageous technology of rigid dump trucks.

The dual-motor drive system is matched with an AMT transmission, providing strong power and a long driving range.

It features multiple temperature control technologies, which can adapt to the hot, humid and rainy working conditions in Indonesia. It also performs outstandingly in high-cold, high-altitude and harsh weather conditions.

As a globally renowned enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of complete sets of large-scale open-pit mining machinery, green new energy machinery is an important development direction for XCMG. At the end of 2021, XCMG and the world-renowned mining company Vale officially signed a cooperation memorandum on the potential supply of mining and infrastructure equipment, including zero-emission equipment and autonomous driving equipment.

At the beginning of 2022, XCMG released the first "dual carbon" planning outline for China's construction machinery industry to the world - the "XCMG Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Action Plan Outline", fully demonstrating XCMG's determination to develop towards green, digital and intelligent directions.
