Zoomlion Heavy Machinery plans to invest and build an intelligent agricultural machinery industrialization project in Sanshan District, Wuhu City over a period of six years starting from 2020. The construction content includes:

1. Technological innovation project: Strategic cooperation with Landing.AI to jointly develop AI harvesting machinery, AI plant protection machinery, and AI tractors; Develop a full range of agricultural machinery products for economic crops such as sugarcane machinery and orchard machinery. Strengthen the research on common technologies such as electro-hydraulic control and the agronomy of smart agriculture.

2. Informationization construction project: Informationization construction throughout the entire value chain of the enterprise, including PLM, ERP/SAP, CRM, MES, agricultural machinery Internet of Things platform, etc.

3. Technological transformation or new construction projects of production lines: New construction or technological transformation projects of various intelligent agricultural machinery production lines.

4. Domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and industrialization of economic crop machinery and core components: Mergers and acquisitions of advanced foreign enterprises in economic crop machinery and core components, and the realization of industrialization.
