Good news! The Dongfanghong LR4A non-road National IV diesel engine has obtained the National IV certification certificate

The Dongfanghong LR4A non-road National IV diesel engine is tailor-made for non-road machinery. It adopts the technical route of CRS+CAC+EGR+DOC+DPF, with a power coverage range of 80 to 150 horsepower and a torque reserve of over 30%. It is powerful and fuel-efficient.

This time, Dongfanghong diesel engines strictly followed the certification requirements of the environmental protection department, successively completing the maximum net power test, steady-state emission test, transient emission test, non-standard cycle test, and over 20 NCD/PCD fault verifications. They also conducted a 100-hour continuous regeneration verification. Eventually, they successfully completed all the formal certification tests and obtained the information disclosure certificate.

Passed multiple tests

Dongfanghong diesel engines have always adhered to technological development and have always supported the national strategic deployment of "winning the battle for blue skies". As early as 2015, it was the first in the industry to conduct research and development of non-road National IV diesel engines. It has successively completed over 70 calibration tests including bench performance calibration, whole machine power performance testing, field adaptability calibration, PEMS testing, as well as high-altitude, high-cold and high-temperature tests. Relying on the unique whole machine test resources of China National Tractor Corporation, it has carried out field verification of the entire series of National IV diesel engines. So far, more than 50 National IV field verification engines have been put into operation in 12 provinces including Henan, Jiangsu, Hainan, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. The cumulative operation time has exceeded 20,000 hours, with the longest single machine operation reaching 3,000 hours, fully verifying the comprehensive performance of non-road National IV diesel engines.

It is learned that Dongfanghong diesel Engine is simultaneously conducting certification work for other product platforms such as LR4M, LR6A, LR6M and YM6K.
