I. Inspection of components in the cleaning section

Cleaning equipment (such as squirrel-cage potato washers, automatic feeding potato washers)

Check whether the rollers, spiral blades and other components of the cleaning equipment are worn or deformed to ensure the cleaning effect.

Check whether the motor and transmission components of the cleaning equipment are operating normally, without any abnormal noise or vibration.

Check whether the spray device of the cleaning equipment is clogged and ensure that the cleaning water flows smoothly.

Ii. Inspection of Components in the crushing Section

Crushing equipment (such as curved wire extrusion type powder making machine, overflow washing type powder making machine)

Check whether the blades, nail rollers and other vulnerable parts of the crushing equipment are severely worn and replace them in time.

Check whether the motor and transmission components of the crushing equipment are operating normally, without any abnormal noise or vibration.

Iii. Inspection of Components in the Screening and Filtration Section

Filtration equipment (such as fine filters, microfilters, and centrifugal screens)

Check whether the motor and transmission components of the filtration equipment are operating normally, without any abnormal noise or vibration.

Check whether the discharge port of the filtration equipment is unobstructed and free of residue accumulation.

4. Inspection of components in the sand and mud removal section

Desander, desilter

Check whether the internal structure of the desander and desilter is intact, without any damage or deformation.

Check whether the motors and transmission components of the desander and desilter are operating normally, without any abnormal noise or vibration.

Check whether the sand and sludge discharge ports of the desander and desilter are unobstructed and free from blockage.

V. Inspection of Components in the Concentration and Refining Section

Thickener, cyclone station

Check whether the internal structure of the concentrator and the cyclone station is intact, without any damage or deformation.

Check whether the motors and transmission components of the concentrator and cyclone station are operating normally, without any abnormal noise or vibration.

Check whether the feed and discharge ports of the thickener and the cyclone station are unobstructed and free from blockage.

Check the concentration effect of the thickener and the cyclone station to ensure that the concentration of the starch slurry meets the requirements.

Vi. Inspection of Components in the dehydration Section

Dehydration equipment (such as vacuum dewatering machines, three-legged centrifuges)

Check whether the dewatering screen of the dewatering equipment is damaged or clogged, and replace or clean it in time.

Check whether the motor and transmission components of the dehydration equipment are operating normally, without any abnormal noise or vibration.

Check the dehydration effect of the dehydration equipment to ensure that the moisture content of the starch after dehydration meets the requirements.

Vii. Inspection of Components in the Drying Section

Drying equipment (such as air flow dryers)

Check whether the heating elements of the drying equipment are in good condition, without any damage or aging.

Check whether the fan and transmission components of the drying equipment are operating normally, without any abnormal noise or vibration.

Check whether the feeding port and discharging port of the drying equipment are unobstructed and free from blockage.

Check the drying effect of the drying equipment to ensure that the moisture content of the starch after drying meets the requirements.

Viii. Electrical System Inspection

Motor, cable, control panel

Check whether there is any damage, aging or abnormal heating in the electrical parts such as the motor, cables and control panels.

Check whether the grounding of the electrical system is good to ensure the safety of the circuit.

Check whether the control functions of the electrical system are normal, such as starting, stopping, speed regulation, etc.

Ix. Inspection of Transmission Components
