How to change the engine oil of a gasoline lawn mower
Make sure the lawn mower has been shut down and cooled down, then turn off the fuel switch and the engine.
Locate the oil level gauge or the oil level observation window and check if the oil level is between the lowest and highest marks. If the oil level is too low, engine oil needs to be added
Use an appropriate tool (such as a screwdriver) to unscrew the screws of the oil pan, carefully pour out the old engine oil, and catch it with an oil spill basin to avoid waste and environmental pollution
Retighten the screws of the oil pan
Prepare new engine oil. Generally, use special engine oil. For specific types, you can refer to the user manual of the lawn mower. Unscrew the oil pan and pour in the new engine oil. First, add it above the minimum mark, and then gradually add it as needed.
Check the oil level again to ensure it is between the lowest and highest marks, and then tighten the screws of the oil pan.
Start the lawn mower and let it run for a few minutes to check if the oil pressure is normal and listen for any abnormal sounds. If everything is normal, the oil change is complete
