Maintenance
Daily maintenance and care of concrete mixers
First-level maintenance
Concrete mixers generally undergo first-level maintenance after working for 100 hours.
During the first-level maintenance of the concrete mixer, in addition to the daily maintenance work, it is also necessary to disassemble and inspect the clutch, check and adjust the brake clearance. If the inner and outer brake bands of the clutch are worn too much, they must be replaced. In addition, it is necessary to inspect the steel wire rope, V-belt sliding bearings, water distribution system and traveling wheels, etc.
2. During the first-level maintenance of the forced concrete mixer, it is necessary to check and adjust the gap between the mixing blades and the scraper and the liner, the sealing and flexibility of the feeding hopper and the discharge door, the wear degree of the clutch, and the normal algorithm of the first-level water distribution system.
3. For concrete mixers that use chain rotation, the elongation of the chain pitch needs to be checked
Secondary maintenance
The secondary maintenance cycle of a concrete mixer is generally 700 to 1,500 working hours. During the secondary maintenance, in addition to the work required for the primary maintenance, the reducer, motor, and open gears, etc. need to be disassembled and inspected. Moreover, the machine and the discharge control mechanism should be checked, and the traveling wheels and steering mechanism should be cleaned.
When disassembling and inspecting the reducer, it is necessary to clean the gears, shafts, shaft grooves and oil passages, and check the degree of wear on the surface of the halogen profile. After disassembly and inspection, add new gear oil.
When disassembling and inspecting the motor, the dust on the stator winding should be removed, the bearings cleaned and new lubricating grease added. The gap between the stator and rotor should be checked and adjusted.
When disassembling and inspecting open gears, it is necessary to clean the gear profile, circumference and bearings, and check the wear condition. If the wear is excessive, they should be replaced.
4. The inner and outer brake belts of the feeding clutch should be replaced in time if they are excessively worn.
When the frame of a concrete mixer becomes skewed or deformed, it should be repaired or corrected.
When disassembling and inspecting the water meter, straighten the position of the sleeve, remove the rust around the suction pipe and the sleeve as well as on the inner lever, and apply anti-rust paint.
When disassembling and inspecting the three-way valve, rust and scale near the valve cavity and pipe joints should be removed to keep the waterway unobstructed.
8. For special mechanisms such as rubber rollers, limit switches, water meters, solenoid valves, etc., regular inspection, adjustment and cleaning can be carried out as needed.
