Routine maintenance

It is done after daily homework

Wash the car body, clean the glass and rearview mirrors; Rinse the garbage bins, fillers and the interior of the sewage tank to remove any residual garbage. When washing the car, do not spray water directly onto the electrical components and the air intake holes of the fuel tank.

Clean the sealing joint surface to ensure good sealing and avoid damaging the rubber sealing strips and gaskets due to sharp or hard objects in the garbage.

Check the engine oil level and coolant level, and add them if necessary.

After starting the engine, observe and listen to whether it operates normally. Check if the car's instrument panel, lights, service brake, parking brake, steering system and power take-off are all functioning properly.

Check the liquid level of the hydraulic oil tank. The oil level in the tank must not be lower than the minimum height indicated on the oil gauge. When the oil is insufficient, it must be replenished with new oil. Inspection method: The push shovel cylinder and slide plate cylinder are in the fully retracted position, the scraper cylinder is in the fully extended position, and the filler is in the closed state.

Note: When adding hydraulic oil, it must be done through the filter opening above the hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic oil must be clean and free from contamination. The grade can be YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. When the ambient oil temperature is below 5℃, it is recommended to use YC-N46D low-temperature hydraulic oil.

Check the operation of the working device, the electrical control buttons and the sensors. If there are any problems, adjust or replace them in time.

Check the entire vehicle for any oil leakage, water leakage or air leakage.

Check whether the tire nuts, all bolts, nuts and pins are loose. Check the appearance and pressure of the tires.

Eliminate the faults that occurred on that day.

First-level maintenance

The assignment is carried out every 50 hours

First-level maintenance focuses on lubrication and tightening. In addition to carrying out routine maintenance items, the following checks should also be conducted.

Clean the engine fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and air filter of the hydraulic system.

Apply grease to the oil nozzles at each hinge point and apply grease to the slide surfaces in the garbage bin and the filler.

Check the tightness of the connections. Inspect the connections between the garbage bin and the frame, the slider seat of the pusher and the pusher, the hinge shaft of the filler slider, and the pin shafts of each cylinder. Tighten them if necessary.

Secondary maintenance

It is carried out every 250 hours of work

Secondary maintenance focuses on inspection and adjustment.

Carry out all the items of the first-level maintenance.

Check the pressure of each pressure valve in the hydraulic system. If there is any deviation, adjust it in time (by professionals). Clean the oil suction filter element of the hydraulic system and check the pressure of the return oil filter. When the pressure pointer of the return oil filter reaches 0.08MPa, the return oil filter element assembly should be replaced in time (for single use). Check the connection and sealing conditions of each joint and sealing surface. When cracks, local damage, aging and expansion of high-pressure hoses are found, they should be replaced in time.

Check whether the filters in the airway system are clogged and whether the air pipes are cracked or aged. Replace them if necessary. Check the rubber sealing strip at the joint surface between the garbage bin and the filler and the rubber gasket of the drain valve. Replace them if necessary.

Check the wear conditions of the pusher slider and the filler slider, as well as each pin shaft and shaft sleeve. Replace them if necessary.

Check whether there are any cracks or de-welding in the welds of each assembly, whether there is any plastic deformation in the structure, and whether there are any cracks in the pin shafts, etc. Problems found should be eliminated in a timely manner.

Check the filling cycle and unloading time. If they are too fast or too slow, adjust them to the normal state.

Third-level maintenance

It is carried out every 1,000 hours of work

The third-level maintenance focuses on the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, adjustment and elimination of potential hazards of some assemblies. Carry out all the contents of the first-level and second-level maintenance.

Check the condition of the hydraulic oil. If it is found that the hydraulic oil has a lot of contaminants, is turbid and black, has foam emulsification and large changes in viscosity, the hydraulic oil must be replaced.

Note: When changing the hydraulic oil, the push shovel cylinder, lift cylinder and slide plate cylinder should be in the fully retracted state, and the scraper cylinder should be in the fully extended state. After the old oil is drained, remove the coarse and fine oil filters in the oil tank, clean the coarse filter, oil drain plug and oil tank, and reinstall them after cleaning. Add clean hydraulic oil to the range marked on the oil gauge and expel the air mixed in the pipeline. During the exhaust process, the engine can be started to idle, the power take-off can be engaged, and the oil pump can run at a slow speed. Then, the nuts at the highest pipe joints of each hydraulic circuit can be unscrewed one by one to release the air. After expelling all the air, tighten all the nuts. There must be no leakage. After the oil is replaced, let the hydraulic system test run. If it is found to be working normally, it is fine.

Maintenance precautions

No one is allowed to stand or walk under the loader after it has been lifted. When it is necessary to lift the filler for certain maintenance work, a firm bracket should be used to hold it up to prevent any serious incidents.

During maintenance, care should be taken to prevent drops and bumps, and avoid knocking to prevent damage, deformation and scratches on parts. When disassembling and assembling the hydraulic system, it is essential to pay attention to cleanliness.

When the hydraulic system or electrical control system needs to be disassembled, the filler should be in the dropped position. The scraper and slide plate must be slowly lowered or fixed first; otherwise, the sudden movement of the filler or scraper and slide plate may cause equipment damage and other serious accidents.
